The Country Inn & Suites Hotel is a comfortable, homey-type hotel. The staff is very pleasant and always available with a good morning or other pleasant address. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. I especially enjoyed the morning continental breakfast. Each day had a variety of different choices. Their was a television that displayed local and national news as well as various newspapers available for reading. There is no on-site restaurant, but there are many local restaurants within a short-drive.

Good location near freeway, shopping mall restaurants, etc. I would have proffered to be a little closer to downtown Nashville, however this was still pretty close. This is a clean comfortable hotel located in the suburbs of Nashvile Tennessee near shopping areas and historical sites.

I liked the cleanliness and closeness to where we were visiting. It wasvery noisy. They placed us right beside the elevator and there was noise all night and very early in the morning. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. I was very disappointed in the noise factor -- we got very little rest/sleep due to the placement of our room (next to the elevator) and some construction/renovation just outside our window. Room was clean and complimentary breakfast was nice.

Queen beds, breakfast bar, easy location. Great location, close to expressway, shopping and dining. Room was comfortable; queen size beds a plus, plenty of space. As with most hotels that are not brand new, it felt like a hotel that had been well used. Clean and kept up, but not new. Great breakfast room and breakfast bar selections. Perfect for the kids, good for an overnight stay while passing through, or a few nights in Nashville.

Convenient to ice rink which was purpose of trip. Only complaint-person restocking breakfast Sunday was reading a book and slow to restock. Saturday person was excellent though. Overall, good value. Rooms are large and maid service was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Decent continental; good exercise room and the indoor pool was nice.

It was small and easily accessible. The staff was great. The Hotel was convenient to I65 and all the amenities of Franklin, TN. It is clean, comfortable, and a friendly place to stay. The free breakfast in the morning was good. Most importantly, the bed was soft and supportive and the 3 pillows were very nice. The room was very quiet and there was plenty of hot water.

Decor was very relaxing, staff efficient and rooms very clean. One of the remotes didn't work. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Whether they be a business traveler or leisure with family, this hotel is among the best.

the night staff was great!!!!! the morning staff could have been a little nicer in general the hotel was great-----my son loved the pool and the great waffles in the morning---we do plan on staying at that location again for future family vacations
