On my first visit in 1998 the hotel was then new and very desirable. Today it shows signs of wear and lack of maintenance. The carpets need to be cleaned, burned out light bulbs should be replaced and bathroom fixtures repaired. The longer these things are neglected, the harder it will be to fix them. A little attention now will forestall larger problems later.

We have been to Fort Dodge before and stayed at other hotels in the area. This is definately the best . Staff was always helpful and friendly. They have coffee and snacks available 24/7 along with the best continental breakfast with a wide selection of options. From warm egg,sausage,cheese english muffin sandwiches to waffles , cereal , friut and biscuit and gravy. They offer free wi-fi and have a computer set up if you don't have your own lap top. I would recommend this location if your travel plans takes you to Fort Dodge.
