The management is doing the little things correctly: good service, smiling staff, good complimentary breakfast. The exterior of the property was neat and clean. The interior was neat and clean, but the carpet in my room was beginning to show a tad of wear and had some barely noticeable stains. All of the floors were very clean however, and there were no sticky areas of the carpet. The property, and my room, had a clean smell - not musty or dirty smelling. Everything in the room worked very well (water closet, a/c & heat unit, shower pressure, tv, phone, etc.). The property is located less than a 1/4 mile from 540, but not so close that you can hear the traffic. My room was on the highway side, and it was not noisy at all. I generally don't sleep well when I travel, but this was a very good experience. I would recommend this property to any business traveler or to those traveling for short pleasure stays, and I would certainly stay here again.

The AC Unit was noisy and kept us up all night. The laundry facility was out of order. The breakfast was out of items for the two days we were there. Very limited.

The young staff at the counter did not welcome me in a sincere way. The bathtubs need non-slick bottoms. Handrails are not installed but needed when getting in and out of the tub because the level of the tub is higher than the floor. I almost fell getting out the first time. The complimentary breakfast was good and stayed well stocked.

It was near the area of town I needed to be in. Located on busy street with no light at entrance or exit. Nice place to stay neat clean. Great for business travelers.

"I come to Northwest Arkansas at lease once a week and I?ve tried many hotels; however, this hotel has been my best experience. Everything from the room cleanliness to the complementary breakfast is well thought of. Also, the hotel has excellent meeting facilities. I will continue my stay at the Country Inn and Suites in the future."

Rooms are bright and airy. The funiture is appealing and the staff is excellent. Very convenient to Fayettville and Rogers and the Mall. Exercise equipment was broken and little interst was shown in repairing it.

the 2nd and 3rd shift clerks were helpful and located non-smoking rooms for us The onsite manager Dee ann, and shift clerk Jesse, were rude. They told us to complain to priceline The onsite manager and 1st shift clerk was not helpful. I tried to explain that my grandchilden have asthma, and I had called the hotel and confirmed the type of rooms we had. I was told that our rooms were to be non-smoking and that they were suite rooms. Non of this was true at check in. The manager rolled her eyes and said call priceline and complain to them.We did not stay in one of the rooms the first night and the night clerk checked the room and even agreed it was horrible. The 2nd shift clerk worked with priceline to get us into one nonsmoking suite and we just used the room until the other room was available. The breakfast was good and the rest of the staff was very friendly.

Good Breakfast. Hot tub not hot; too much chlorine in pool made us sick. Nice location off of 540; hot tub not working; too much chlorine in pool; towel rack in bathroom broken; heater noisy and smelled.

It was a real typical 2 1/2 star hotel. Expectations weren't too high. It had a good breakfast - clean rooms etc. pool has okay- not the cleanest around the deck and lots of chemicals (bad and good) but my kids had a great time and that was the goal.
