Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean; bathrooms were surprisingly nice. Our A/C stopped working, but we called down to the front desk and were relocated to another room within 15 minutes. Great customer service!! Great location... recommended by the Dr. Gonce's Office (about a mile away).

The staff was helpful and friendly. I had to move rooms 3 times due to facility issues. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a safe and quiet environment to travel alone with a toddler.

I was unsure of staying at this property based on its reviews, however, I wanted to see for my self. I was informed that the property has new management and has made several improvements based on their ownership. I love this hotel and am glad I decided to give them a chance. The staff was great!! The rooms were very nice and I recommend others to stay at this hotel.

Fairly large, spacious rooms, staff was very helpful. Hotel was in okay shape, obviously was some years old. Elevator was noisy, walls in room were scuffed in several places. Not the cleanest place I've stayed, but no major complaints. Nice location near restaurants, Target, shopping, etc. Didn't love it, but would stay again

I booked this Hotel based on the beautiful pictures for my boss. There was cigarette burns in a nonsmoking room, the bed was hard as a rock. The toilet paper was like razor blades.... This place is so awful... There continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal and that?s it... nothing else? Do not bother staying here it?s practically a cheap stay by the hour motel.... Stay away!

No sound insulation so heard lots of traffic noises plus noise from HVAC unit. Rooms are small and hallways tight. Water in showers lukewarm at best.

The breakfast. Dirty, hotel staff. The front desk was not friendly when they messed up our requested room, they did not inform us that the pool was closed. Our room had not been cleaned and had stains on the carpet, and we had a lovely view of the surrounding construction.

The bed was SO WONDERFUL and the staff was very friendly. However, the air quality made us sick. IF you have allergy problems or other breathing issues beware.

I have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites By Carlson and had very good experiences with those stays. However, this hotel does not live up to the quality of the other hotels. I think the hotel over charges the guests for what is offered.

Quiet location, easy access. The lobby was ugly, the breakfast was just too basic. A slightly run down hotel, conveniently located near the freeway with basic amenities. An ok place to sleep for the night and leave early the next day.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Room A/C noise was exceptionally load. Continental breakfast was based on a very small continent, I guess. I basically had dry cereal with no juice.
