Our stay was only one night, but I was very happy with the way we were treated, cleanliness of the room, great waffles for breakfast, and the price. The size of the dining area was small, but not a real problem. I would stay here again!

I was on a personal vacation. I had stayed at the Clarion/Bel Aire a couple of times before and it was just a horrible hotel (and was much more expensive). So I thought I'd try a different one. This hotel was just the right price at the right location. The facilities were acceptably clean and orderly. The staff was accommodating. The hotel was acceptably quiet as well. I think my favorite part was the guest laundry facility! It was perfect because I didn't bring a lot of clothes because I'd anticipated doing a lot of shopping so I wanted to leave my suitcase pretty empty. I was surprised that they had a guest laundry facility which made my life so much easier! Overall, I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Plus the hotel is in the same plaza as Country Fair, so even late at night, I can walk over and grab a snack or whatever without having to drive,

Someone else's clothes were in the dresser, ceiling fan was inoperable and shower/tub drain very stopped up. Spoke to front desk first morning...none of these issues were ever taken care of. However, it was a great location and easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.

This was my third stay - Erie is a reasonable mid-way point between home and my older son's college. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable.

It was beautiful, clean and had anyone would ever need . Nothing. This hotel was the nicest hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. I travel 2-3 weeks out of the month and would love it if all my hotels were this perfect.

Great location, close to restaurants and major shopping centre. Familty first just down the road and splash lagoon across the street. Quiet and clean! Great price for location.

Close to highway. Unfriendly front desk staff. I have never encountered such unfriendly front desk staff. Not just one person, but each one we encountered on both our stays at this hotel.

When we got to the hotel it took atleast 20 minutes for the staff to check us in. When we entered the room there was a musty strange smell. The room had not been vaccumed very well. The pool was right next to our room, which our young sons liked, but at 10:30 when people were still being loud at the pool when it was supposed to be closed at 10:00 I was not happy. Like my husband said the hotel would be good if you were just staying overnight for business not for a family vacation.

the country inn and suites is located very nicely at the end of the shopping strip in erie.it is across the road from a indoor waterpark.the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. i recommend it to travellers in the area.

i thought this room was supposed to have fridge and microwave, it had neither and i had chosen it because of this and the indoor pool. could have spent less money staying in just a standard hotel room for 20-30 cheaper.

The continental breakfast was nice, the hotel was quiet and the mattress was very comfortable. Tub faucet broken, crack across bed room floor, toilet seat won't stay up, balance had so much dust couldn't see the color! The hotel wasn't very fancy but it met the needs at an economical price. Items such as the broken shower faucet, cracked floor, and broken toilet seat should have been fixed. Basic cleaning is good but valance had never been dusted. That being said, the bed was very comfortable and most of the staff was very customer friendly.

"The staff was friendly and the hotel was in an easy and covient location. The rooms need some improvements - it was very load, we could hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms, which was very inconvienent with a small child in our room."

We were always greeted with a smile and everyone was very helpful. Rooms were great, comfortable and there was alot to choose for the breakfast items. The location is great and we were able to get to other atractions without any difficulty. We are planning to stay here when we visit the area again in the future.

Day staff was nice and accomodating. Night staff was rude, room and hotels were dirty. I would never stay or recommend this hotel, night staff was very rude to me and my family, the room was dirty, stained sheets and quilts, hallways were filthy.
