The trip started out ok until we arrived at the hotel and everyone there was complaining about their room keys not working. We were given our key and my husband went to check out the room and there was someone already in that room. We were given another room and that one was fine.

There is no fridge on each room. The hotel is clean and the breakfast (free) is very good, but we have the following bad experiences: They have very limited of fridge. We rent 4 rooms for 3 nights and we have requested a fridge from the first night we stayed, but we never get it until we leave. Some of the staff is rude and non-responsive. Non of the front desk staff know how to get to the NYC using public transportation. The location is not good if you are traveling to NYC.

We went out to Jersey City for a 3 day convention, the location was great; straight shot into Jersey City no major traffic. There is a Great Department Store Outlet Mall right across the Hotel. It has a free shuttle to the Airport, this was a great price!, couldn't believe it for the type and clean room we got! A fridge and a Microwave would have made it better.

The hotl has excedllent location to the Newark Airport. It is very clean, the personal was very friendly and accomodating. On walking distance is Jersey Garden Mall that is offers some experience even if you stay only one night. There are places to eat. In overall great experience.

A nice place to stay and with the convenience to the Newark Airport and centrally located to areas of NJ & NY, make this ideal. We would select this hotel first before another.

The shuttle service to the airport. Don't stray too far from the surrounding area. The hotel was pretty clean. The immediate location is nice, but I would not recommend moving too far from the hotel. My girlfriend had a hot shower at night, but when I went to shower at 4 am it was not really that warm. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially if it's under the $65 mark.

the front desk was only ok, on my check out I told them that the air conditioner was making some loud noise, I would of thought they would of said thank you, but they didn't...>> the room that I stayed in was very clean... I couldn't think of another thing that they could of cleaned to improve on... the hotel is a little hard to find, and it might be difficult for someone to find at night, because one of the road near the hotel, had no road sign that I could find.... I used the gps built into my phone and because of that I had no trouble finding the hotel.. the hotel had security in the parking lot at all times...>> I would stay at the hotel again, for sure.... and yes the FREE breakfast.... they don't have any meat, but I was very happy with what i had to eat, including a waffle, and some cereal, and an egg, along with some juices and milk..they had coffee too, but I am not a coffee drinker.. would recommend...

Overall, I enjoy my stay at the hotel. My family like it as well. The continental breakfast was awesome. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was a must have for my family. Only problem I had was the last night my neighbors tv was a little too loud.

Accessibility for handicapped was excellent. Roll-in shower was 1st I'd ever come across. Close to Newark airport. Breakfast buffet was good. Reception staff were friendly.

The room wasn't terrific, the staff was very unfriendly and rude during check in and check out. The shuttle service just flat out sucked. It was never on time picking up or dropping off. The morning breakfast isn't that great and the pool is tiny! I do not recommend this hotel unless you get an amazing deal for it.

Location. The bathroom had no toilet paper, the bed was full of hair, the elevator floor was dirty. WhenI went to the front desk to advise that there was no bathroom paper, and hair on the bed. They simply placed a toilet paper in the counter for me to take, this in front of other people, and it embarrassed me. I expected them to give me another room, clean room, instead they sent someone to change the sheets after calling them again over the phone. Bad service and no cleanliness. It did not meet my expectations.

Comfortable bed and pillows. No free Internet computers in lobby to check emails. Adequate for business travel.
