Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and all of hotel was spotless, bright and welcoming. Rooms were fresh and clean. Easy access to shopping area. This would be my first choice if I had to make another trip to Dubuque.

We are a bit disappointed with the hotel because my son left his 2007 state championship football ring in the room by accident (after we checked out) when he was helping his father pack up the car. We have called the hotel several times and have been told that the ring was not found. It was a very large ring and although it was my son's fault for leaving it, I'm disheartened that the housekeeping staff did not turn it in.

I enjoyed my stay at Country Inns and Suites. I had king room. The room was clean, the hotel staff were friendly. It was easy to access the main hwys to places for shopping and eating out.

Comfortable amenities, cleanliness, and charming decor, a bonus to have free internet access. No dislikes, met all of our expectations. Would definitely stay at Country Inn and Suites again. They have every thing available, to make a stay there, very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the heated indoor pool and heated spa. Plenty of towels were always available. It is very clean.

The Country Inn and Suites in Dubuque was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. This hotel chain always provides the little extras which make for a cozy stay (fire going in the fireplace, cookies in the lobby). The room was very large and the bed was excellent. The hotel was a bit out of the way, but nothing terrible. Nice dining choices nearby.

The quietness of the rooms. The location is not the best, if you have never been their. Excellent rooms, clean, nice beds for sleeping! The morning breakfast is the best I have had, the homemade Belgium waffles are the best!

The Country Inn and Suites in Dubuque was were we chose to stay. I love Country Inns and normally stay there when we travel. This one wasn't quite as nice as some of the other ones we have stayed in but was comfortable. I love the 'Borrow a Book program. We chose a two room suite, The first room was like a living room with a pull out couch and two chairs, tv, desk. As you went further into the room you will find a microwave, coffee pot, and to our surprise a refrigerator and a large sink (almost kitchen size) The bathroom was normal with vanity and sink. The bedroom was good size with a king bed that was very comfortable and a tv. We definately would stay there again, very close to mall, dining, movie theater, etc.

I stayed at the Dubuque Comfort Suites and Inn for two nights in July. The accomodations were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My traveling companion has some health issues and the staff was very kind and helpful in every way possible. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.

The front desk staff was very friendly, I like being immediately acknowledged and greeted. Nothing to state here, all was very nice! This is the second time we have stayed here, the visits are 4 years apart and both visits were above excellent. Very well maintained and in a safe area.

Excellent staff. TVwas outdated. Our family really enjoyed the excellent service and exceptional staff. The breakfast was amazing since it was not the traditional continental type. We had donuts, waffle maker, bagels, yogurt, cereals, etc. TheTV could be more modernized. Overall, it was a great stay!

Staff went out of their way to be friendly. Far from downtown and river attractions. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Very friendly staff. decent continental breakfast, pretty decor. On the opposite end of town from downtown and river attractions. Somewhat pricey for area.
