I was there for a funeral so I didnt spend much time there. The few things that were bad, there was not a fridge or microwave and the bathroom did not have a ventalation fan, which explains the damp smell of the room. The positive side was the staff was very friendly, the place was quiet and believe it or not they have great pillows!(If you like mushy ones)It was also nice to have a table and a lounge chair in the room, you didnt have to sit on the bed all the time. Overall for the price it was a very reasonable place to stay, but if your lookin for glamourous this is not the place.

It was convient to were I was going to visit. They moved me from a smoking to non smoking room at 10:30 pm. When I returned to my room at 9 pm and trued to fill the whirl pool, the whirlpool wouldn't hold water. The owner showed up and trued to fix the drain, then at 10:30 he decided to move me to a non smoking room told me I could smoke in the room. Got moved and found the TV remote didn't work, the manager gave me another remote. By the time I got to use the whirl pool it was 11pm. I asked for some sort of compensation for my inconveniences but the owner was reluctant to reduce the room rate or offer anything else for that matter.

Staff was nice. No cookies were available, trash bins were overflowing, rooms were okay and hallway carpets were frayed in multiple places. There was a lot of freeway noise through the window and early morning noise from the hallway. Room was large, wireless internet was very fast, but there wasn't a refrigerator.I've stayed at many other Country Inn & Suites hotels, and this was definitely on the lower end of the spectrum.

It would have helped if the clerk had asked at check-out time if I still wanted the charge to be left on my credit card instead of assuming it. I handed in my room key and he processed it, I offered to pay cash and he said, 'I wish you had said something before I hit the button." So then, I left the charge go to the credit card.

Nice friendly staff. Rooms clean and spacious but could use a little TLC for the price of the room. Be aware pool is outdoors and seasonal.

We stayed at The Comfort Inn & Suites in Corbin, KY as a one night stop over. It was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was in a convenient location off of I-75, with Lake Laurel just a quick 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay again.

Desk staff friendly. Bed not comfortable. The mattress was the only thing that bothered me. Was clean, and breakfast was nice.

Rooms are small and management very rude. This hotel was supose to be dog friendly, but it was not and the managementwas very rude. Had to pay for two rooms over night, and we did'nt even get to stay there.

Staff wasvery friendly and very close to interstate. No elevator and handicap parking limited to front door. Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Don't feel this hotel deserved a 3-star rating. No elevator and limited handicap parking makes it hard for elderly and handicapped people.

Very clean, convenient good service. Nothing. I would stay here again and have told others in my office about this facility.
