The rooms are clean, however, they took a long time to get rooms cleaned for new arrivals, and was afternoon before any clean towels were availible. Counter staff was extremly helpful in booking multiple family members on same floor and close together. This was done without even asking. High points for out of the box thinking

It was a very friendly place and clean. Check in was very efficient and the staffis very people orientated.

We stayed in this location for a weekend while visiting the Naval base for the return of my nephew who had been on a 7 month deployment. The hotel was very nice and most of the staff was. The night lady on our last night was not very personable at all and she seemed not to care that the breakfast bar was not fully stocked with the "expected" foods. The rooms were great and the beds....well if I could I would have brought them home with me as well as the pillows. There were a few carpet stains which was surprising since the hotel is fairly new. Maybe a carpet cleaning is in order for that particular room.

We stayed at the Country Inn and found it to be a nice hotel. The place was new still had that new smell to it. The front desk was friendly and helpful. It is located about a mile away from a mall which was good tor dining. The only negative thing I would say is that the hot tub was dirty and they need more than one waffle maker. But they had cookies and cookies are nice

This hotel was great! Close to the mall and other shopping needs. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Even had a book barrow library in the lobby for us late night readers.

It was a huge room with lots of space. Huge room - poorly furnished - coffeemaker on top of microwave on top of fridge. It was nice and new. Conveniently located off freeway. The configuration of the floors was very tight and felt cramped, but the rooms themselves were very large, but poorly furnished. so much wasted space. The coffeemaker was on top of the microwave which sat on top of the fridge - what's that all about? A huge room but no place to put the coffeemaker? The space could and should have been used better.

We stayed there this past Febuary and were suprised at how nice this place was in comparison to other hotels in the area. We have family in the area and stay in area hotels oftens. This was by far the nicest for the price. The rooms were clean, staff nice and surrounding area safe. I highly reccomend this hotel. The only negative was the breakfast. It was not up to par.

The Country Inn & Suites was a very nice place to stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms, the breakfast was good but was not as good as some other Country Inn & Suites that I have stay at.

The room had very nice beds - comfortable. While staying two nights they didn't vacuum the rugs for the second day. The hotel was new and very nice.

The Country Inn and Suites Chesapeake at I-664, is located close to the Chesapeake Square Mall and just minutes from many dining facilities.

Clean, modern, secure and friendly staff - what else can you ask for? Free wireless internet and free internet workstation w/printer! A short ride 6 miles from Portsmouth (our destination). This is a newer motel, feels very secure and the rooms and lobby were spotless. The rooms are well priced considering others in the area.

Good location, easy to find. Staff and hotel nice. Stayed there in February and will probably stay there next month. The breakfast was nicer than our last visit. Hotel was clean, neat andfriendly staff, I stayed with my grandson last month. A nice family atmosphere. Plenty of hot water and saw no sign of insects.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious and the location was very convenient. There was no clock and no do not disturb sign in the room.

There was dust on the furniture, so it clear the room had not been cleaned recently. At first appearance, the hotel was nice, but I was turned off when I noticed dust on the furniture and dirt on the bathroom floor that proved that my room had not been recently cleaned. The lack of staff, at check out and during the breakfast hours was also a turn off.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast bar was a tad empty when we arrived for breakfast. Overall, this was one of the best rooms we have booked this year. I dont consider myself an experienced traveller, but I would stay here again, ang again. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds, very soft and comfortable, the lines very clean feeling and smelling. Pool although small was perfect not over chlorinated. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and we hope to return soon. Thanks again.

Convenient to the airport. Good breakfast. This hotel is convenient to the airport and other area attractions and is a good value.

Rooms were dirty, not cleaned by 5pm at night. I would not recommend this hotel at the moment. It is a new hotel, but when we checked in, they gave us a room that still had someone’s belongings still in it. We complained but they didn't have any other rooms. The next day (2 day stay) we complained again and the moved us to a suite, but it was never cleaned until we complained about it. Not friendly.
