Staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was new - the room was clean and comfortable. The staff recommended a wonderful place to eat.

Good location and room were kid friendly. Friendly staff, clean, convenient. Rooms had separate bunk bed area with separate TV for kids. Usual free breakfast. Not many attractions nearby unless you are going on a cruise or visiting the Airforce Station.

We stayed here for a family vacation. We did not have prior reservations here but due to a hotel problem at our 1st hotel we came here. The desk staff was so very nice and helpful. They found a room for us for both nights and even matched the price we were going to pay at the other hotel. By the way the other hotel was not a Country Inn & Suites and had a pest problem. The Country Inn & Suites hotel was absolutely fantastic. THe breakfasts in the morning were very good and the pool was absolutely relaxing. Our room could not have been more beautiful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the EXCELLENT staff that they have. Country Inn & Suites should be very proud of this hotel.

We found all of the staff to be very pleasant and friendly. Our facilities were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast area was large and had a nice breakfast. We would definitly stay at this Country Inn and Suites again when we are in this area.

We chose this motel based on other travelers reviews and it convenience to Port Canaveral. The motel was clean and the staff was very friendly, offering suggestions on where to grab a bite to eat. I felt safe leaving our car parked at the motel during the week of our cruise. The shuttle service was expedient and reasonably priced.

Kids suite, transportation to port Canaveral excellent. Room decor needs upgrade. Hotel worked great for cruising out of Cape Canaveral.

Hotel was very clean. Loved the heated pool & jacuzzi. Enjoyed the continental breakfast had a great variety to chose from everyday. Very nice workout room & game room. Would definetly stay again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I don't know of anything negative. We were staying at the motel for the convenience of being near to leaving on our ship the next day.

Stayed here while visiting Kennedy Space Center. Location is very convenient to KSC (about 15 miles from Visitor Center) and to cruise ship departure docks. Staff was great, gave good dinner recommendations and directions. Hot breakfast every morning (yay waffles!) and facilities were clean. Rooms were reasonably clean given that there's high volume from folks staying before and after cruises. Beds were pretty comfortable, and it was QUIET--major bonus considering there are a lot of kids excited about cruising running around. Overall, good value for the money.

The pool was awesome. They use salt water instead of the aggressive chlorine water. It is great for the skin and even better for the environment.

We checked in three days before a cruise from Port Canaveral. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They went out of their way to help us find restaurants and give directions to places. They kept our car when we were on the cruise and provided shuttle service to the port. The rooms and the hotel were immaculate and the continental breakfast they served was above-average. Would stay there in a minute. No problem referring this hotel.

Very clean! Great breakfast! Quiet! NA. This hotel was very quiet and clean, smelled fresh. The free breakfast in the morning was hot and included eggs, bacon or sausage and waffles and plenty more. It was clean and hot and there was a very nice place to dine. The work out room was stocked well with all types of equipment and they had clean nice pools. I would love to stay there again.

stayed the night before cruise, let us park for free, breakfast needs a little help...frozen sandwiches but it was free. best thing was location and staff was helpful. will stay next year too.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel! They designed everything with a traveling family in mind. The kids loved having their own little room w/tv and dvd player, and we loved them having it! We actually stayed one night before the cruise, and the night we got off the ship; they even let us check in VERY early when we got off the ship so that we could sleep a little more before going to the space center. Having the shuttle to the port was amazing and made it SO EASY to travel to and return back from the port. Paying the small additional fee to leave our car at the hotel while we were on the cruise beat the port's outrageous parking fees with a stick! I just wish every cruise port had this hotel. Clean, Friendly, convenient, those words just scratch the surface.

It was close to evertything we wanted to do! It lacked bed changing! The hotel was very nice. We needed to track down housekeeping on a couple of occasions, but otherwise, we did enjoy our stay there. One word to the wise, stay pool side, not dock side unless you like hearing the cruise ships coming in at all hours of the night!

We went to Cocoa Beach area for our son's beach wedding. We stayed here from 7/5 to 7/9. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast every morning was tasty and had a lot of varieties. Always kept well stocked. The mattress was the best I had ever encountered in a hotel. Room was a little small but still ok. The pool was very clean and nice. If we ever go back we will definitely stay here again.
