I picked one of the cheapest rates and expected a lower class hotel, but was pleasantly surprised! What a great hotel and we will go back there without hesitation!

Truly enjoyed the included breakfast. Location is a bit out of the way but great if you are going to the Metra grounds. The rooms were very clean and the mattress was great. Must have been replaced recently!

This is a very nice new hotel, with a very hospitable staff. The front desk staff went out of there way to get me in a room early as I got there earlier then expected. Room was very nice & spotless.

Comfortable, clean and congenial. It's a little hard to find. We were very pleased with the guest house.

This motel is very clean, the rooms are kept very well, the staff is courteous, and you get fresh baked cookies when you check in. The lower floor does smell of pool chemical a little but overall very nice!

Free cookies. The staff was on the younger side on the whole and a little silly.

The best hotel in Billings! I come to Billings 5-6 times a year and finally decided to give this hotel a go. I'm so glad I did....Breakfast, pool, staff, you name it top notch.

The hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. We spent three nights and would stay there again.

Free assortment of cookies, book rental, and expanded continental breakfast. I requested a free upgrade over the phone one week in advance. When we arrived, they hadn't upgraded us, & put us in the last avail room: a smoking room. It's great if you get a suite. If not, it's just a 2 star, with a good breakfast and a pretty lobby.

Perfect hotel if your coming to Billings. Close to Airport and shopping.

The best part of the hotel was the staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were too firm. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent. In addition to breads and pastries there was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, cereal and fruit. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions around town.

Not enough breakfast space. They had a tour bus there and wasn't enough seating area. Overall a good place to stay. Convenient access to airport and highway. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel with all the necessities. Breakfast was GREAT but not enough seating area.

Beds are poor.Public areas are dirty.Pool chemicals were off for the first day and a half we were there.Staff was great!

Dirty cold hot tub, smoky halls in the non-smoking areas, stale donuts, cookies and mints. This hotel did not live up to our experiences with others in the chain. The beds were fine and the room was big, but the hallways outside the non-smoking rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was pretty big, but some of the donuts were in the case from the day before, so nothing was very fresh. The cookies and mints by the front desk were old and stale. The hot tub was the most disappointing feature--not hot, just warm and dirty. The staff was helpful. We've always liked this hotel chain, so hopefully, this hotel was just having a bad week and they are usually better.

This place is very clean and everyone is so friendly!!

Local products used for continental breakfast; clean/comfortable/spacious room; friendly staff. I can't think of anything. Some families might not find it suitable, as there is a liquor store next door; but, no trouble occurred. Despite being in a well traveled area of the city, it was quiet in our room. For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting anything spectacular, but it was a really nice hotel! If I ever need to stay in Billings again, I will stay at the Country Inn and Suites.
