My husand and I stayed for our anniversary and we had a good stay. Alabama Adaventure theme park is 5-10 minutes away and very convenient. The hotel is close to the interstate and in a nice part of town. The only complaints I have are the room was smaller than I invisioned and the bathroom was tiny with the door hitting my legs when I sat down. The breakfast was ok. Biscuits and gravy, packages muffins, waffles that you make yourself, and cereal.

overall great hotel, the front desk person even helped us with directions to a favorite restauant, there was no phone book in our room but in all we were very pleased and plan to use this hotel chain in the future.

We were on our way back to Kansas after a week on the North Carolina Coast. On the way home we stayed in a more expensive hotel in Historic Downtown Savannah, GA, This hotel, and another less expensive one outside of Little Rock, AR. This was easily the nicest hotel for the money that we stayed in. Upon entering our room, we smelled smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The attendant at the counter apologized for the inconvenience, and immediately moved us into another room. The rooms are relatively spacious with high ceilings and nice (but small) bathrooms. The pool was on the small side, but the continental breakfast was great for a chain hotel. Also, there are several restaurants within walking distance. It was quiet, comfortable, and I will definitely stay with this chain again.

Everything was good except there was a lot of noise (banging, stomping) going on when we arrived and the hotel had some really strange odors and the fire alarm went off early in the morning 3 times and quit with no explaination, but it was comfortable and clean and the breakfast selection was good.

We were so tired when we checked in that we didn't even look around the room. The next morning when we woke up we discovered stains on the sheets (we hope they were stains, now we aren't sure they had ever been changed). I went to get in the shower and discovered that the shower curtain was missing. We called and they sent one up. While we were waiting for that I realized that where the mini-fridge should have been was just a hole. We didn't need it so it wasn't a big deal. I finally got in the shower then when I got out I discovered that the hair dryer was also missing. I could see a place on the wall where one had been, but it was gone. So I was stuck going outside in 40 degree weather with wet hair. When we checked out, I let them know about all the missing items and the girl tried to argue with me that I should have called and told them sooner so they could change our room. At what point was I supposed to call you? Or when I was soaking wet after I got out of the shower? As if they would really have changed our room just so we could take a shower anyway. They did give us $* off our room rate which from what I can tell brought it down to about what we would have paid if we'd booked online to begin with. 2 days later we both woke up sick with a virus and ended up having to call into work for 2 days. We wouldn't go back there.

Check in was quick, room was nice, hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. We would stay at another hotel in this chain. The pool was small and didn't have a lot of room to separate children from others. Food is slightly scarce at this exit. Overall a very good experience.

Room was very clean and very quiet for a light sleeper like me. You could run the a/c or heater with a fan all night to stop outside noise. But. it was not needed as the location was off from a main road and very quiet. When we checked in we were offered warm chocolate chip cookies and the staff was very friendly. There is a resturant (Santa Fe) within walking distance and very safe. They give a discount of 10% when you show your room key. Happy hour goes to 7pm with draft beer for 99 cents. We really enjoyed the room and staff. Very nice and friendly.
