A nice destination while visiting in KY. The cookie jar with Chocolate Chip cookies at all times is a plus.

It was in a good location and reasonably priced. Needs a new entrance sign. Very nice and clean hotel with a good freeway location.

We travel to Berea frequently and always stay here. Could improve on their breakfast and selection of cable tv channels, but other than that no complaints.

My wife and I actually met in Berea over 40 years ago. We traveled back to Berea for a long week-end getaway and found the hotel clean and roomy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The stay was relaxing and a great value. We would definitely stay there again.

It was clean with plenty of towels and it was quiet. The continental breakfast was not very appealing but that may have been just my mood. The hotel was very nice and I would most definitely stay there again. I felt that I got good value for my money.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room as we checked in. The front desk was most unhelpful--just said if we wanted to pay more we could upgrade to a suite. They did offer to let my husband store his medicine in the employee refrigerator but that is unacceptable to have prescription meds available to any and all who might go in there. There was no manager available to elevate our complaint as we checked in on Saturday afternoon and we were told that one would not be available until Sunday morning. The free breakfast was not nearly as good as the other Country Inn and Suites where we stayed on our trip so we went out to eat.

The hotel is on a small hill in a nice quiet area. No trucks or heavy traffic to bother you while sleeping. Maps you find online to get to this hotel can be a bit deceiving but when you get off 75 it's really easy to spot from the road. The staff is pretty friendly and nice. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Other reviews I read mentioned this but since I'm not too picky I didn't care when I was booking...however even I was disappointed in the selection of food. The OJ had a bad taste, and the "eggs" they had were just yellow colored egg flavored patties that were heated up. I ended up hitting the local restaurants for breakfast. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are nice an clean. The only time I was in my room was at night for sleeping, so I don't know if the poor satelite reception was an ongoing problem or just due to the rain that was hitting at night. They have a selection of about 30 channels and about half were out at any given time.

The book lending library & free breakfast. Caulk in bathroom needed repair. While I was not looking forward to staying in a 2 star property that was all this particular area had to offer. This hotel looked and felt newer than it was; it was quite comfortable and I was favorably impressed overall.

I found the motel to be clean and convenient. I prefer a 1st floor room and that is what we received. There were three of us traveling and staying in the room. I found the amount of towels and other necessities to be ample....no need to call for additional items. The continental breakfast was complete. There were many choices from fresh apples to instant oatmeal. We all found something to our liking. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone traveling in the area.
