Excellent breakfast! Very nice room and accessible for my daughter who is partially handicapped. This is a very nice hotel. Easy to access elevator or steps to second floor where we were located. They served an exceptionally nice breakfast, serviced by a very helpful employee at all times. It was hot and delicious, different every day.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Airplane noise.

The only complaint i have is that you need to be sure to check your credit card after you get back. I got charged $ by online travel agency then when I checked out the Hotel also charged me $. If I wouldn't have checked my account I would have never known and would have been out that money.

Clean, newer, free computer, quiet, complimentary breakfast andvery nice staff. Front staircase only goes to 2nd of 3 floors, no exercise room.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is within walking distance of shopping centers. The staff was excellent from the front desk to the maid service. They are very willing to provide any reasonable service. The complementary breakfast was above average, big variety fresh and hot. I was there for three nights and two days and really enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the airport shuttle. It is supposed to be a free ride to and from the airport and to anywhere within 3 miles. When I arrived at the airport and called the hotel the told me it would be a half an hour but it was closer to an hour. It also only drove me within the 3 mile radius once. But would defiantly stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel while we saw the sights in Chicago. This was part of a cross country road trip where our other nights were spent camping. We were looking for a clean, quiet, affordable hotel that we could use as a base to take either our car or public transportation in to the city and this hotel delivered. Be sure to get precise directions, as our GPS put us into a residential neighborhood a few miles away when we inuput the address. By choosing the hotel name, we were given the correct address, which is in a quiet area next to a golf course. This hotel did in many ways feel like an "inn" with a cozy lobby and a staircase up to the 2nd floor. Our room was upgraded to a King suite since the hotel was booked solid. This worked for our family well, since the kids had the hide-a-bed couch in the other room. The room was clean, although the bathroom wallpaper was starting to peel a little due to all the moisture from showers and no fan (unfortunately typical of so many hotels), and the cloth shower curtain had snags in it and needed to be replaced. But there was no smell or mustiness or mold. The second day our room was very nicely cleaned up. My husband and kids loved the pool and hot tub and the availible laundry facilities were convenient. Breakfast was fine, although a bit crowded with a full house. Waffles, eggs, baked goods, toast, and cereal, we were happy. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the hotel. At some point they'll need to do some updating to replace some worn items, but clean, helpfull and good value were the ticket for us. .

We could bring our grandchildren swimming and to stay overnight! It is a bit difficult to find the entrance. We enjoyed our stay and like alot of things about it.

The shuttle only runs if you have a flight. We called for the shuttle at 11PM and was told it was 11:01PM and the shuttle did not run after 11pm. $28 Taxi. The evening before we checked out I went to the front desk to schedule the shuttle for our morning departure and was told they had no drivers for Sunday but at their expense they would be calling a taxi. I check out in the morning by a rude staff person, took the taxi-which before it departed I went back to the front desk to ask to make sure they were covering the expense, was told yes and proceeded to the airport and then the driver told me I needed to pay him. I called the hotel and they were like no, we never called you a taxi. Another $28's. The rooms are great but the staff is terrible. It is hard to get into Chicago from this location without paying a lot of money. No restaurants-had to call delivery. Did feel very safe. For all the positives I would never stay here again because of the rudeness of the staff. They treated us with disrespect and acted as if they were better than the guest. This is a poor representation of the Country inn and Suites chain.

Pool was nice, hot tub was nice, beds were really comfortable, breakfast was small, but really good. We had a great stay and would stay again. Pool needed a longer shallow end for small children, room did not have a frig or microwave. This was a nice hotel for our family. The pool was nice, however the shallow end starts at 3 feet, so our small kids couldn't go very deep (and it only went to 4 1/2 feet). So pack the water wings! The hot tub was nice. The breakfast was small, but better than most I have had. And, the bed was really comfortable...just the right amount of softness!

Very well kept common areas and good housekeeping. I was satisfied with my stay and am lucky to have the chance to stay here again this week. I really liked their breakfast and the internet is among the fastest I've seen. I recommend this hotel highly.

Price, location. Not real clean. Carpet dirty. Just off the freeway. Very easy to find. Great price, plus free breakfast.

Cheap, clean, free breakfast and quiet. Very basic. This is a very basic hotel, but I did enjoy my stay.

It offered a practical room with a quiet, rural-type setting. I hated the bed spreads! I think of bed bugs and scabies when I see those polyester things.

The indoor whirlpool and swimming pools made this hotel stay great for both work and play. The breakfast selection although hearty seemed like a limited, canned meal. Great place for a short stay. Best for something to last the weekend, nice for something to last the week. Excellent accomodations for work and play.

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. There were smoking and nonsmoking rooms on the same floor. That is very irritating for nonsmokers.

The location was good. The hot breakfast was cold, this extended the service line as you had to wait for everyone to microwave their breakfast. We were given a extremely stink smokers room.
