friendly staff, eager to work for you. Rooms clean. I stayed at a very good rate (under $100) but cant really stay its worth the $160+ they regularly ask. Adjusted to the needs for business travelers, still could recommend for anyone.

Pool and breakfast. The walls must be thin because I heard lots of noise from the adjoining room all hours of the early morning.

The room was nice. The pool was warm enough to actually swim in, and the hot tub was nice and hot. They actually have a lifeguard on duty at the pool which is good for single business travelers (other hotels suggest that you don't swim alone). Free breakfast was good. The free shuttle got me to the airport on time (must be reserved ahead of time). The only problem with this hotel is that there is no room service and no restaurant. The closest restaurant is at the Courtyard Marriot (within walking distance but it was windy and freezing cold). They said the van/shuttle driver could drop us at a restaurant, but we waited 45 minutes and the driver said she was too busy picking people up at the airport to take us to a restaurant at that time. I used the business center to print my airline boarding passes and everything worked well.

We stayed at this hotel before a flight from BWI airport. Room and hotel was clean and spacious. Parking was ample and there was a McDonald's within a 1 min drive from hotel. We got lost on the way and their front desk clerk gladly helped us find out way. We will stay there again.

The staff. Can't think of anything. This was a very nice stay. It was a short visit but if I had to go again I wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Tea, coffee, cookies and apples were available 24/7, we missed the free breakfast because we left so early but they packed us a to go snack. The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean.

I was on a business trip and stayed at this hotel so I could be close to the airport and I must say I was very impressed. You didn't get the airport noise but you got the convenience of being close to it. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel shuttle drivers were friendly and even went out of their way to accommodate you. The hot breakfast was excellent with delicious food and a variety of beverages. The hotel is kid friendly as well and without a doubt I will stay again.

My daughter and I were on a tour of some East Coast colleges and we needed to stay near the airport for our return flight early the next morning. The Country Inn & Suites was perfect. The shuttle service was fantastic, right on time and they not only shuttle you to the airport, but will also take you to restaurants around the area or where ever you need to go. Great staff, clean comfortable rooms and close to the airport for those early morning flights...also it was very reasonably priced.

The spacious room and wonderful staff Nothing...... What a great place to stay!!!!....You get more for your money, I would HIGHLY recommend this Hotel to anyone and I will be back!!

Nice clean room, great hot breakfast, every morning courteous and helpful employees and shuttle drivers. Variety of area restaurants deliver to the hotel if you don't have transportation. Close to airport for inbound and outbound flights, also if you need a rental car. Lobby is warm, clean and inviting. The only downside I found was the walls are thin and if you're a light sleeper you might have problems if your neighors are noisy or there's children. All and all, I would definitely stay again.

Very lein and the decor was excellent, the breakfast buffet was absolutely the best, extremely clean and well resented. Very enjoyable morning. The breakfast. I have stayed in many hotels in my life. First time in Country Inn and Suites, will definately go back. Excellent place to stay with kids too. The breakfast was the very best I ever had in any hotel, it was free, convienant, clean and so many choices. The location of this hotel is awesome, minutes from downtown and easy to get to airport car rental return/airport, took 8 min. I must also say that the staff on both shifts were outstanding, very warm, welcoming and helpful. Loved it. Thanks.

I like the Country Inn and Suites hotels - good breakfasts, consistent rooms and ambiance etc. This stay was no exception. The only thing I was disappointed with was the unfriendly front desk staff - over 4 nights, I talked to multiple people, multiple times for check in / check out, directions, a toothbrush etc. I got what I needed, but they weren't friendly about it. Maybe it was just the Baltimore way...

I stayed at this location simply because of proximity to BWI Airport for an overnight stay. Very convenient to airport, and front desk had clear, printed directions for rental car return. Accomodations were clean and orderly. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The best continental breakfast I have ever had. Forgot to make our wake up call on the last day. Excellent staff. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were excellent, great breakfast, I definitely would go back.

The stay was fine. Room was very clean. As a former hotel GM, I appreciate good service and was given that by the young gentleman at the front desk. He is definetly an asset to your hotel. Only complaint was ordering a movie. It was a major problem which never got solved.

Location in reference to airport. The noise bleed over from the adjoining room was quite annoying. Our stay was ruined by a noisy neighbor who was up all night and was loud enough to wake us at 3:00 am. The walls seemed to be overly thin or poorly insulated for noise control.

Had to pick my husband from his deployment. His flight came in during the middle of the night . I explained this to the staff when I checked in and they made sure their airport shuttle was available for dropping me off and bringing us back. I am very grateful for their help.

Employee staff made sure everything was okay with the room. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I thought that was great customer service. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel had a very reasonable price and is located conveniently close to everything. Our stay was very comfortable. The only problem we had there was the desk clerk had a hard time programing our key card. Twice we had to go back downstairs to get it re-programed. No big deal really. Other than that, this place is really pretty nice, rooms were quite and comfortable. The pool is kind of small, but the spa pool was very large. The continental breakfast was the best I've seen anywhere and the attendant worked hard to keep it stocked, even close to closing, very impressed. The staff was courteous and make you feel very welcome. I have family in Baltimore and stay somewhat often. I will definitely stay at this same hotel every time I come from now on. Thanks for a the nice stay!

Great complimentary breakfast, clean attractive rooms. Bathtub was clogged and would not drain.
