This hotel was great for us. It is only 4-5 miles from Biltmore. It appears to have been newly renovated. Our hotel room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The beds were soft. We asked for extra pillows and they were provided with no problems. I was surprised at how good this hotel is and I would reccomend it to anyone. It is not upscale like some are used to, but if you are wanting a clean quiet room close to Biltmore then this is it.

It was basic, simple and very clean. They provided books to read! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I tried to get a room at this place as both of our home's bathrooms were broken, and we were denied since we lived within 50 miles. They have had trouble with people partying. Who exactly pays 100 + on a room to party in? We had work clothes on even. No apology, no service. Do not stay with these snobs that can't help out a local in need that is willing to use your service.

Lovely and CLEAN hotel that was an excellent value. I didn't have the chance to use any of the amenities this property offered (pool, fitness center, breakfast) due to my schedule and time of year, but the room was fantastic, the staff was wonderful, and the entire property was spotless.

Please do not stay here - we had unauthorized charges to our card after a visit here and neither the hotel nor the custmer service people are interested in helping us. They are extremely dishonest.

Convenient location, pretty rooms, good amenities in room. Needed more staff for breakfast. The hotel was small, but had very nice rooms and good amenities. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Small room, hard bed, tiny pool, tiny parking lot, cramped breakfast area, tiny lobby, staff friendly, first time staying at one of this brands locations.

Cleanliness, breakfast was good. Neighbor slammed the door each time in and out of the room waking us several times. Other than being awakened by the neighbor with the hotel door that slammed loudly, we loved the hotel. We have stayed at Comfort Inn and suites before and will continue to stay.

This was very conveniently located to I-26, I-240 and I-40. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in giving directions and telling us about Asheville. The breakfast bar is wonderful

From the reviews, I thought this would be a great place to stay while we were visiting the Biltmore but was sorely disappointed. The rooms were dated, the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was just basic. The person at the desk was not very helpful or forthcoming with local information. The parking lot was extremely narrow and difficult to maneuver in and the location was not the best. We did not enjoy our stay at all with the exception of the breakfast. It was very good for a freebie.

Clean and comfortable. Interior of room was not finished. Pictures missing, new construction not finished. Good place, cozy but renovations not complete. Breakfast could use some upgrading.

It was clean and comfortable. It is inconvenient to park and get in and out of the parking lot. This is a nice hotel in a good area. The road in front of the hotel has a lane divider. As a result you can only enter the hotel from one direction and leave in the opposite. We got the room across from the elevator, but it was still quite. I believe the nearby Hampton and Fairfield hotels rate a higher star level than the Country Inn and Suites.

"I travel a lot and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, and the breakfast is very good. You can't go wrong for the price. This was better than many expensive hotels I've stayed at. Only complaint I have is very narrow parking spaces, and not enough. Also, I wish they had a fire burning in the lobby. It's beautiful and it was cold. I had hoped to sit in front of it."

Rooms clean bed comfortable lots of pillows. Week end rates when you are staying several days. Very helpful, clean, lots of pillows, mattress very comfortable. We stayed in this hotel chain in TENN, on this same trip. Weekend rates should NOT change if someone is staying several days.

"We're real fans of the free breakfast at any hotel we stay at. The selection at Country Inn & Suites was great. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and courteous. It was a very relaxing stay while we were in Asheville."

Very clean and homey. Very small parking lot and cannot turn left out of the lot. I was very pleased with the hotel cleanliness and the staff. The breakfast was complimentary, and very good, and the server was great at organizing the cooking, serving, etc.
