Nice, clean, and great breakfast. Nothing. Friendly staff, nice clean hotel, great stay. I would stay again in the future and recommend to anyone.

I have stayed at many Country Inn & Suites Hotels. They are my favorite. When we arrived, we were directed to the side door as the lobby was under construction. This was fine. However, we dinged the bell 3 times & waited 5 minutes before someone finally came to the desk. No apology from the attendant, just a reqest for the credit card.Then I looked for my favorite chocolate chips cookies that they have at all of the Country Inn & Suites. I found boxed cookies that were old and appeared stale. The apples also looked old. We then made our way to our room. The room was very clean, but the layout was terrible. 100 for a room with a handicap shower that was impossible to use & a rack for clothes that was next to the bed. You couldn't even get out on one side of the bed because of the rack. The guests were noisy & the children ran in the hotel until 11:30 at night & we were awoken by their loud footsteps again at 7:30. So much for sleep!!!! Our stay at this hotel was terrible. The only thing that was good was the fact that the room was clean. This hotel advertises that it is close to the mall and in walking distance. If you have one bag to bring back, it is in walking distance. Otherwise, plan on driving to the mall.

This hotel is good for families with children. The pool area is open 24/7, making it noiser than we would have liked.

We liked the continental breakfast, fresh baked cookies in the beautiful lobby and the 24 hour pool. The hot tubs jets were not as powerful and didn't massage as much as we had expected. The Country Inn was very easy to find, in a handy location being so close to the Fox River Mall. Staff was very friendly helping us with everything and seemed joyful to be working there. Twenty four hour pool is a rarity in hotels but sure was nice to have.

Very clean hotel and cordial help. we would stay at another country inn again. There was a bug on one of the pillows when we went to use it. Very nice, pretty clean, good location. Very good continental breakfast.

I liked the layout of the suite. The spa had some loose grittiness on the bottom of it. Not sure what it was. I especially like the layout of the suites at this hotel. It had two separate sleeping areas, each with their own TV. I also like having a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sink) in the room. The pool and spa were very nice also.
