I stayed at this hotel while my son attended a camp @ Iowa State. The staff was very helpful with my inquiries on movie theaters, restaurants, nail salons, etc. Breakfast was great, the pool and hot tub were very clean. The room was a bit musty, and treadmills in the fitness center did not work well. Overall, though, a pleasant stay. Quiet!!

Very clean room with well-maintained linens and furniture. Scrambled eggs were exceedingly dry.

This is our 2nd stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The Front Desk Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a great place to sit and relax while the kids had fun (very clean). Great place to stay. We'll be back.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was wonderful. It was clean and the people were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fabulous. The bathroom was a good size. I liked having a refrigerator in the room. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel.

Love the location, breakfast and happy hour. I try to stay here when visiting my college age child. It's easy off/on the highway, close, but not to close the the college and close to many locations in Ames. Good amenities, clean rooms and friendly service.

This is by far the best customer service we have ever recieved at any hotel. Keep up the Great Work!

The lobby and the breakfast. The adjoining room plumbing noise level. Above average bed comfort and breakfast quality and choices.

Hotel was nice but no air in our room. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told no other rooms were available and just to open my window. Hard to do when it's ninety degrees outside. When my daughter went down later to complain, somehow they had rooms available after she told them we were checking out.

Breakfast. I liked extra large bath sheets instead of the smaller bath towels provided. Clean rooms, and friendly service.

We loved how the staff greeted us every time we entered the hotel. The elevator seemed a little squeaky and not stable. Coming from out of state, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Friendly staff, very clean room everyday, the free breakfast was filling and very good. We will definitely stay here again when we come through this town again.

Air did not work. Was told that there was no other rooms available. Told to open window on a 90 degree night! Sent another person in our party to complain and all of a sudden they had another room. Also no vents in bathroom. Drain plugged in tub. Didn't see any free drinks at night either like mentioned.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nicer than I expected. The breakfast was average and the elevator was very slow. The hotel staff was very pleasant and very helpful with directions. It was nicely decorated, but the breakfast was average and the elevator was very slow. I would however stay here again. For the star rating it had we were very pleased.
