We were in town for National Trampoline & Tumbling Competition. The pool was drained for repairs (the reason for the #4 for amenities) but the hotel arranged to have guests swim at a hotel a short walk away.

Wonderful pool and hot tub. Front desk in theam was very rude. Asked for a late checkout and was toldno they do not do that. Though the hotel was empty. The hotel was fine but we really wanted to sleep in since we work such long hours. When we checked in, the front desk told us it wouldn't be a problem if we had a late checkout, just call in the morning. Hence, we called and they told us no. We had to rush to get out on time.

Traveling thru Amarillo late at night on way home from Vegas...many hotels were sold out. (Stayed at Courtyard on way to Vegas - more pricey but very nice!) Greateful to be able to check into the hotel. Staff, parking and loby nice...expecting nice room as facility looked very new. Upon entering the room was happy to see mini microwave and mini refrigerator. However, after getting luggage set and getting settled in the room, was VERY unhappy with cleanliness of room (Spots on comforter, carpet was dirty, bathroom had hairs and spots on floor, walls and door, ice container and tray super dusty!) Made me wonder how clean the room really was. Needless to say, we slept with t-shirts over our pillows...just in case!!!

Our stay was great. We felt very relaxed and not rushed at all. Most of our other hotel stays have felt like just that, a one nighter, but not this one. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. My wife and I both agreed that this was definitely one of our better experiences.

Location, friendly staff, and 24/7 kitchen with juice and coffee to fit my 24/7 schedule. Jacuzzi was not hot and the jets were not really pulsing when it really needed it. I would stay at this motel again. It would be better if the Jacuzzi was hot and the eggs and biscuits were fresh.

My family stayed here last year and really liked it, but this trip we weren't happy. The worker was nice, but needed help. It took 30 minutes to check us in;the people in front of us were allowed to bring in their dog (which I think is not acceptable to people who are allergic to dogs), the carpets were worn, sheets had tears in them, and we saw bugs in the room. We should have left but we were too tired. We won't stay there again.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were very pleased. It was nice and close to lots of eating places.

This was the second time we stayed here, passing through Amarillo. The rooms are nice, and the indoor pool was nice since it was raining outside. The pool temp was a bit chilly, fortunatly they also have a large (I mean really big) jacuzzi pool. Breakfast was good, except they could not seem to keep everything stocked up. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit cereal, sweet rolls. The only glitch was when I checked out they charged the credit card I had on file instead of the one I gave them at check-in. When I pointed it out to them at check-out they said they would fix it, they didn't.

Clean. Room smelt of fresh paint and gave me an upset stomach and headache. This hotel is beautitul and clean. Not much to look at as far as surroundings but loved the hot tub and pool.

This is a nice, clean, quiet hotel for the money. The staff was very friendly and caring. The Hotel was located next to several restaurants and shopping areas. The only complaint was small bathrooms that were not very functional if more than one person is sharing room.

Very attractive. Air conditioning was not very cool. Very nice hotel well decorated very large room with king bed. Good location near mall & shops.

The climate in the room at an even level. It seemed to be well insulated. The bathroom was a little bit to small. I really liked this hotel and the employees were very friendly. We did not get to eat breakfast because I had appointment with the surgery. The dinning room looked very inviting though.

Exceptional service. Room could have been cleaner, but service made amends to complete satisfaction. Exceptionally helpful staff. They were very nice and tended to my needs.

Workout equipment was easy to use though there were no instructions. Water available in the room. Bathroom was very small but met our needs.

It's newness, convenience to the highway and local restaurants and shopping. We were charged a fee for the internet; not good in these days and age. We liked this hotel. Wished we had had time to try out the great pool.

We like the pool and the hot tub because its big enough to fit at least 40 people. Nothing. The room was nice and cozy, everybody was very friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and the hot tub was even wonderful to be able to sit down and relax. The breakfast was great as well.
