Very nice, large "mini suite" accommodations (although they needed brighter light bulbs). Even though close to the airport, there was minimal noise from planes. Staff was very helpful when I had a missed appointment and looked up phone numbers, called for me, etc.,trying to help me locate my friends. Nice variety of breakfast foods. Yes, I would stay there again, and probably will in the future, IF I can get another good rate like CheapTickets found for this visit.

Close to the airport and friendly. Well situated older hotel, set back a little from the main road so very quiet. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Located a 2 minutes drive from the airport main entrance. Good value, clean and quiet. I would stay there again with no hesitation.

We were in Maryville for a funeral. The staff made us feel at home, the room service was great,Everyone always greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. The room was spacious, clean, extremely comfortable. I plan to use them again with each visit to Maryville. Its close to plenty of resturants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And the price was really reasonable. I was very impressed from the first contact to our last. HIGHLY RECOMMENED.....

Clean - Easy to find. Lots of chlorine in the pool/hot tub. Very nice, laid back, clean and I found it right away. Staff was fantastic - breakfast was wonderful! Even had biscuits and gravy!

We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight at the Knoxville airport. It was right across the street from the airport, very convienient. Rooms were nice & clean, We were very surprised. We would stay there again if in this area.

Last year I stayed at the Hilton at the airport- Not worth the money- no continental breakfast- not even coffee in the lobby.

Was not impressed for the price. This was the first time I was let down.

Having never heard of this chain of hotels, I was a little concerned. However, it turned out to be a wonderful experience and a great hotel for my family.

We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites 3-4 times, consistently clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is very good, the coffee is great and is available all day. They also bake cookies in the afternoon and put them out in the lobby by the coffee, still warm from the oven. Rooms are good size and clean, bathroom also clean and all in good condition. Housekeeping is excellent. Everyone helpful and friendly. Location perfect, within 5 minutes to airport, close to mountains and Knoxville.

Wonderful continental breakfast and computer for internet access wasvery helpful. No remote for theTV in the fitness room. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean and continental breakfast had several hot and cold choices. Amenities were above average with a pool/hot tub, workout room, and community computer with free internet access and printer which was great for printing out my departure boarding passes.

Rooms had a small fridge and a microwave which i was surprised by the pool is indoor so no worries on what the weather will do..

The room was clean. The beds firm. Lighting was bright enough to actually read with lights on both sides of the beds. Staff were friendly. Pool area needed repair and updating but it seemed clean. Breakfasts were outstanding with hot and cold choices of food.

Clean, great beds, comfortable and helpful staff, a good experience overall. The location made it very hard to get on the main highway. Too much traffic. My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would do it again with no regrets.

I've stayed in quite a few Country Suites. They've all been very nice. Internet service good, continental breakfast, good-sized room, always clean.

It was ok. A little pricey for what it offered. I remember seeing big dispensers of coffeemate in the dining area and asked myself, No real milk for coffee? Coffeemate is pretty tacky in my opinion. An expensive hotel could at least offer real milk or half and half for coffee. I was not impressed.

Cleanliness, staff, size of room, location, pricing. Spacious, quiet rooms with easy access & convenient location.

"I highly recommend this hotel to those flying in/out of Knoxville airport. It was easy to find, across the road from the airport, and provided free parking while away on the trip. The shuttle service to the airport was also prompt and included, as advertised. The staff were professional and courteous. I will be back!"

The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was close to restaurants. My stay was comfortable. Being on my own it was important that the restaurants were in walking distance to the hotel and that it is safe to walk there.
