Comfortable and casual atmosphere. Convenient to airport with friendliness of staff. Very nice breakfast buffet.

I have stayed at Country Inns in other locations and had good experiences. For the most part, the Country Inn Tucson Airport was true to form. Good cookies, nice staff, adequate shuttle services to and from the airport and even to area restaurants, and a computer and color printer in the lobby where I could print out area maps and by airline boarding passes for free. Still, one thing really BUGGED me: small beetles in my room! As I continued to see them on the second day of my stay after killing a number of them, I considered requesting a different room but considered that the inconvenience of packing up and changing rooms outweighed the inconvenience of putting up with the harmless yet annoying bugs. So I cannot say whether the problem extended beyond my room. But when I did mention the bugs to the manager upon checking out, he politely apologized and said that at least I didn't find tarantulas or snakes in my bed. During his five year tenure, rattle snakes have been found in rooms twice! Perhaps this is a common experience in Tucson hotels, but it is not where I am from.

We really enjoyed this motel. The lobby was modern and clean and offered reading and atraction materials. The desk clerks were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. We had a quiet nights sleep and the breakfast was great, too. They was plently to choose from, both hot and cold items. The motel was close to the airport, but you couldn't hear the noise of the planes. Compared to the other motels in the area, the price was the least of the ones we checked out. We would definitly stay there again.

The hotel has friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and real breakfast.

We very much liked this motel for several reasons. The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was very nice and they had books to read and a computer to access. The continental breakfast was good. The pool area was average, with lots of sun. It was quiet at night, and the maid service was respectful. The shuttle was of a great benefit and personalized. The only drawbacks are the location (although it was very close to the airport), the noise in the breakfast room at night, and the busyness. But it is a good homey place at a fair price.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very conveniently located to airport. Air conditioner in first room they put us in did not work. They immediately found us another room which was an upgrade to a suite to make up for our inconvenience. Also loved that they gave us each a bottled water upon check in. Air is very dry there and after a long flight, it was very welcome.

The room was only cleaned at eye level. It hadn't been dusted in weeks to months. The bathroom door did not close, it was too swollen from a damp bathroom. Worse yet, there was a runner on the floor that did not match the carpet that was put there to cover something. Don't ask me what, I didn't want to know, as I had to stay overnight.

Staff couldn't be friendlier; pretty good breakfast buffet. No need for an alarm clock thanks to Air Force jets taking off right nearby.

Convenient, clean, courtious, deluxe breakfast, met every need. Quick check-in. Very curteous and accommodating staff. Offered smoking rooms (for the few of us that still partake). Super, hot, fresh-cooked breakfast with all the trimmings. Very clean. Overall...a great stay. Highly recommended.

Staff was great, Jacuzzi worked nice, free breakfast was good. Not a whole lot of outing options around hotel.

Better than expected. Clean hotel and very clean rooms with up-to-date decor. Breakfast was great. This was all we needed for a short stay in Tucson.

I liked how friendly the staff was. They need to consider diabetics with breakfast menu. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Clean and quiet. Pool was closed. This hotel was very nice except for the pool being closed. I specifically choose hotels with pools as I need to use one daily for medical reasons. I was told that it was closed for repainting this time of year as no one uses it anyway. Had I known the pool was closed (drained but no actual work being done on it) I would not have stayed here.

Close to airport. The bathrooms were dirty and we had a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom still had hair in the tub and on the floor, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, the staff was not very helpful. However, the breakfast was great. I will never stay in this hotel again or recommend to a friend.

Maid service was very good. Wireless signal was weak and they ignored the problem. I stayed 7 nights. Convenient to the Tucson Airport but little else. Located behind a truck rental lot and has had cars broken into in the past. Staff was not pleasant at check-in, but later was helpful at times. Rooms are typical for the chain. Public areas in need of some updating. Elevator was always dirty. Overall, still was a fair value for the budget minded traveler.

Great free breakfast. This is a great airport hotel. The included breakfast is equal to or better than some 3 star hotels. They have a courtesy van.

Free Internet in the lobby, and comfortable rooms. Pool could use some green around it. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast buffet, and comfortable, clean rooms.

Great front desk staff! Very friendly and helpful. Everything was great. I had a very pleasant stay. I was greeted when I arrived by a friendly front desk woman. She made me feel welcome, offered me fresh baked cookies and gave me a cold bottle of water. When I left the staff was equally as friendly. I had to come back a few hours after I checked out to have something faxed and to leave documents for a coworker I recommended stay at this hotel that evening. I wasn't charged for the fax and they were more than happy to hold the documents until the arrival of my coworker. Great hotel for Business travelers!
