This was a great Hotel experience. The room was large and clean and the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of tasty foods. Our only issue was that because of its location close to the airport, the planes start taking off about 6:00 a.m. and they might be noisy for late sleepers. We were always up and ready to go site seeing.

The rooms were large and clean and staff washelpful. There was nothing I disliked about this hotel. Clean, friendly, helpful staff, good food in restaurant, has pool and spa. Would recommend to anyone traveling.

rooms were clean and staff was friendly. No one ever mentioned paying for parking until I saw the sign saying your car will be towed unless registered as a guest.

The front desk was both friendly and helpful. It set the pace for a brief but pleasant stay. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was a cut above average. Guests had several choices, including fresh wafles and eggs. Coffee was great; and, in all, the complimentary warm breakfast was a surprising added treat.

The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. I define good customer service not by nothing going wrong, but by the establishment making it right. We had a couple of trials, but the staff and management bent over backwards to make us happy. We had a lot of laughs and smiles. Thank you X and X (from the Celine Dion concert couple from Boise, Idaho)

Professional, friendly, helpful staff. Room was excellent in all respects. Enjoyed the morning buffet, and appreciated having eatery and drinks available on site.

The water was hot. No cable TV, no internet and no air conditioning. There were maybe 8 channels available on the television, no internet available and the air conditioner didn't work. One good thing I could say about this place: The location wasn't bad. We were pretty close to the air port.

My sister and I chose the Country Inn and Suites only because it was close to the airport--we had no idea what we would be doing there. She had set a goal of visiting all 50 states and needed to tour Oregon. What a good decision that was! The folks could not have been nicer or friendlier or more helpful. The shuttle was great.

Nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful especially xxxxx and xxxx who helped with directions on a daily basis.Morning breakfast was a nice touch.I am sure I would stay again.Location ( once I figured out the road system ) is okay.I would rather stay closer to downtown to avoid traffic but it has it's advantages..

Has smoking rooms available. Smoking rooms heavily smoked in. The room quailty was excellent. Once we arrived all we needed was ice. My wife and I had a really nice, but short stay. Great for a 1-3 night!

I stayed at this hotel for the second time recently and again was very satisfied with everything. It is very convenient to the airport, restaurants and shopping. After travelling around the state and staying in other bad hotels, it was a pleasure to stay at this one. Although I did not use the pool or meeting facilities, I did eat at the hotel restaurant. The food and service were very good. I will always use this hotel for future trips.

This was a great hotel to "crash" in before an early morning flight from PDX. It was very clean, comfortable and provided exceptional service. I would recommend to any business traveler. Don't let the out-of-the-way location deter you. The hotel has a shuttle that will pick you up and take you to the airport at will.

The restaurant manager was very friendly and attentive. Thank you. I was expecting a larger room. Our stay was excellent. We were all quite comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel would rate much higher if the room didn't have a stale smell. The staff overall was friendly until we asked for a late checkout! The front desk gave us a hour later checkout but we were interrupted several time by the cleaning staff.

Very friendly staff, great water pressure, clean rooms. We stayed at this hotel overnight for a flight the next day. We were there less than an hour when the front desk called to see if everything was OK. They were very friendly when we asked about a restaurant. We were greeted with smiles when we got up the next morning and were wished well when we left. The location is excellent in regard to the airport and, although there were planes flying out all night, they were not extremely loud.
