Location was good; staff helpful; would return. Would like a lunch/dinner facility in the hotel. We would definitely come back. Rooms were quiet even though the airport was close by. Hotel was centralized but off the main highway and it was easy to get where you wanted to go.

We stayed several days and had a wonderful experience here, the staff (everyone) was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, I especially enjoyed all of the care that the housekeeping staff took to make the bathroom fun with the folded towels (in different shapes or animals). The little niceties go along way. If we're ever back in the Louisville area we'd stay again.

The air conditioning system of the hotel was all mixed up. We couldn't get it to work unless we opened the door to the hallway! During the night?

"I have a online travel website issue on this trip. I did a prepayment of the hotel and I needed to cancel a day in the middle but wanted to keep the balance of the trip. I called your customer service and they said to cancel the entire reservation & then ty to get some money back...I asked what wer the chances of that happening and he said,""None."" I will not be prepaying for hotels with your company again."

We actually stayed at this location for 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was quick to respond. Room was clean and comfortable. Great to have the high speed internet. Best of all was the excellent continental breakfast!! Close to the fairgrounds/expo- walking distance which was very convenient or used the shuttle in the rainy weather. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was mostly comfortable, hotel was clean. Fresh cookies at the front desk for those weak moments of a chocolate craving :) Highly recommend this hotel was a great value and enjoyable trip.

It was very clean and well kept. The swimming pool had a five person limit. This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was not very friendly but helpful when questioned. The hotel was located very close to Six Flags which was very convenient for those visiting that location. There was no restaurant, but the continental breakfast was better than most hotels. There was a really interesting restaurant within walking distance.

Ease of getting to and from downtown Louisville, friendly staff. Jacuzzi suite was perfect after participating in the Derby Festival (mini marathon). Jets were quiet, water stayed warm for a long time. Wake-up call was prompt.

I like the breakfast and the pool area. On Saturday, the housekeeping could not understand English. A very good place for business travel with family. The hotel had a nice pool area, breakfast and hot cookies at the front desk.

"Relatively new (less than 3 years old). Very clean. Great breakfast selections including several hot items. Larger than average rooms. Convenient, free internet access. Free, prompt, courteous shuttle service to Six Flags. Friendly staff. Our first stay at Country Inn, we gave it a try based on visitor reviews. We were very pleased."

Clean, spacious room; free breakfast; good location and helpful staff. We've never stayed at a Country Inn & Suites before. After this experience, we will add them to our list (our good list that is!). The location was so easy to find - close to major highways but also direct to the city and surrounding areas via side streets. Our room was huge! The front desk associate was so helpful, as we arrived around 11 p.m. and were looking to order pizza. Throw in a free breakfast and this makes for a great stay!

"This is a fairly new hotel located on the back side of Kentucky Kingdom. The rooms and the hotel in general was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and a free, decent, full size breakfast buffet which included waffles, bacon, and hard boiled eggs. My wife and I enjoyed the swings on the front porch/entrance."
