Clean room but I found two spiders in the sheets of the bed. Not a very comfortable night sleep.

Could not work coffeemaker - brought 2 cups of coffee with condiments to our room. Parking spaces a little tight. The staff could not do enough for us - SUPER clean - breakfast was good and plenty - jet noise was not noticeable.

This is a very economical hotel for New Orleans. You really have to be careful about cheap hotels in this city--even some of the three and four star properties in the Quarter can be shabby and in dangerous areas. This hotel is out by the airport, so it is not convenient to the French Quarter; however, we were in N.O. for Jazz Fest. The hotel is about 10 miles away. Just needed a place to sleep but got so much more. First, free parking. Expect to pay in the Quarter. Free wireless and business center--if you didn't bring a laptop, it has computers and printers. Spotless, comfortable rooms with microwave and mini-frig. Close to groceries and shopping--we needed picnic food for the Fest, so this was great. Ice maker on every floor for the coolers, yes! Free laundry--a washer and dryer, if you can believe it! Free continental breakfast, which isn't great but does the trick. Instant coffee in the room (and at breakfast)--bleh, but there is a terrific coffee place called French Press nearby. Pool was small and cold (outdoor). No whirlpool. Didn't use fitness equipment but looked ok. Housekeeping, fine. Customer Service, average. Suited our needs completely. And felt really safe. Great for someone who wants to see the city but get some peace and quiet (and a lot more).

Close to airport, with free shuttle. Sub part continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good managament. Hotel has obviously been refurbished. Daytime staff was ready to help out in any way possible. Very close to the airport so it is a good choice for an economy hotel for the traveller.

24 hr shuttle was the reason for staying...it is not a place I would recommend if you do not have a car. Restaurants are just too hard to get to without a car from here. Otherwise it is great value. I would choose this chain again, but would google-earth it to check for eating places that I could walk to.

Employee volunteered to move luggage from car to room (I had a baby with me, and my hands full). "Do Not Disturb" signs were completely ignored! Liked: Rooms are fairly spacious, two computers and printers in business center, helpful staff. Fridge and microwave in room handy for any restaurant leftovers you might bring back. Disliked: Housekeeping knocked and entered rooms with "DO NOT DISTURB" signs in lock slot! Bright exterior spotlights shine into rooms. Sparse breakfast buffet with no fruit.

The hotel was easy to find, and accessible. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. No on-site dining, but this is all nearby, and when you're in New Orleans, you're looking for a dining experience. The only issue we had was with the in-room coffee maker. There were none of the small ground coffee packs you usually see - only small packets of instant. At breakfast, we thought we'd get fresh brewed, but it, too, was instant. If you're like us and want a good cup, I'd suggest bringing your own.

New clean friendly, but unable to accommodate our request. Would not or could not give us a suite that we booked. Clean, convenient to airport.

The hotel is very good for my trips to New Orleans and close to the places I need to visit.

It is located close to the airport, and the breakfast was good. The room had a terrible, smoke smell. I asked to be switched to another room, but they did not accommodate this request. Staff was not helpful. Hotel is attractive and clean. They serve a very nice breakfast, but there are no restaurants within walking distance. I arrived late and had difficulty getting any dinner. Surrounding area is not a very safe area for walking. Staff did not like to assist the guests with requests for transportation or changes.

Clean room Rude staff, extra fees Upon check in, I requested a room with 2 double beds, instead of the single King I was in. They said that there was a room available, but it wuld be an extra $20. I asked why they had a fee for switching rooms that are the same price and available, and they were rude.
