Good location, very clean room. Front desk clerk helpful. Breakfast ok, but has potential to be better. Bring your own pillow!

Having a separate living area from sleeping area added to the relaxed atmosphere. I can think of nothing unpleasant. It was a most enjoyable stay. Before arriving, I called to ask the location of a couple of businesses area. I did not identify myself as someone who would be checking in that evening and was treated with respect and the most courteous directions imaginable.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I live in NYC and had to travel to OH for business. Each time that I stayed was a restful and super clean surrounding pleasure. The staff always bends over back wards to help make your stay comfortable. Anything you ask them to do for you is always done with a genuine smile. The rooms are always super clean and the breakfast in the morning is wow! They say continental but no way true. Bacon, eggs, waffles, pancakes, rolls, fresh fruit to many other items to name. Each stay I was upgraded to a suite for the price of a regular room. I have stayed at expensive luxury 5 star hotels many times in the past. But for that welcome we'll make you feel at home feeling nothing beats this hotel! Only thing that I wish that they had is a 24 hour restaurant, than just breakfast.

It was the nicest hotel I've stayed in in the past year. The hotel was staffed with helpful, friendly people. They made accomodations for our family immediately upon request. The neighborhood was safe and centrally located for restaurants and expressways. The rooms, lobby, fitness room and pool were clean and welcoming. And the breakfast was delighful. I will definitely stay with them again during our next trip to Columbus.

Wonderful breakfasts, well-stocked. Where my room was located, it was quiet and restful, even though I was on a street side. Any hotel that has a mattress topper, however, would get my business first. (This one didn't).

The staff was very gracious about upgrading my room when the air conditioner didn't work when I arrived. The air conditioner didn't work when I arrived. Very nice, basic hotelVery friendly staff

We wanted a little getaway with some shopping, good food, and night life. This was the perfect place. Easton Twone Center was about 5 miles away. We went to the comedy club the first night. We had dinner there and it was very good and reasonable in price. We shopped before hand, they had things there that were of interest to both of us. The next day we shopped at Eastland Mall and some shops near the hotel and ate at some of the local restaurants. Both days we started with a great hot breakfast provided by the hotel and the staff was courtious and helpful with things to do on our weekend getaway. We would do a small trip like this again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The pool area did not have any towels and the help was not friendly when asked for some towels. Very clean great for kids and couples. We had a great time when visiting with family and staying here. It was a nice get away for the family. We will do it again. We had a wonderful weekend.

Very large room, lots of bathroom counter space, more than enough towels, etc. Would definately return again to that or another Country Inn

Bacon and egg for breakfast. Not really at the airport. While I waited for 20 minutes at the airport for the van to show up because I thought this hotel was an airport hotel and there was a hotel with a similar name, once I found the fan 50 feet away in a position I could not see from where I was waiting, things proceeded ok. I regret not being able to buy the local newspaper at or near the hotel, or a glass of or bottle of wine, but I liked the bacon and egg (1 day) or sausage and egg option (1 day) at breakfast.

Nice place to spend the night. Close to nice eateries. Great shopping is not to far away. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and clean. Great complimentary breakfast is offered.

The Country Inn & Suites Coulumbus East Airport in Columbus. Far away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but near enough to fine stores and resturants. Bed is very comfortable. Especially liked the free breakfast. We have stayed there five times and will return.

The Country Inn & Suites was an excellent hotel. We arrived around 6pm that evening, and the desk clerk was very friendly and courteous, and we had a very prompt check-in. The outside of the hotel was well maintained, and was beautifully landscaped. The lobby inside was cozy and comforting, with an inviting feel to it. Parking was great, and our room was easily accessible from inside the lobby as well as outside from our car. Our room was very clean and well laid out. The beds and pillows were out of this world comfortable, even more so than mine. I slept so soundly, I did not hear the wake up call, the alarm clock, or my cell phone alarm. Thank goodness my sister-in-law heard them. Bathroom had a nice floorplan, and the shower was awesome. It actually had water pressure, and a great shower head that felt like I was standing under a waterfall. The pool was just down the hall, and it was so beautiful. It was an enclosed indoor pool, with a seperate jacuzzi. I felt like I was in a spa-like atmosphere. The water was just the right temperature, and was relaxing, as was the jacuzzi. We didn't get a chance to use the gym, but it looked clean and organized with ample amounts of workout machines. Restaurants were down the road, and easily accessible from our hotel. They provided free airport shuttle to and from the airport, which was a relief for us, and one less thing to worry about. Even though the airport is only a few miles away, you cannot hear any noise at all. This was my first stay, but definately not my last. I will be booking at these hotels whenever possible while traveling, as it was the best hotel stay I've ever had.
