we stayed at this motel fo the pow wow. we were treated nicely when we checked in. we had reserved two rooms and they made sure they were beside each other. we were on the bottom floor and it was still very quite. the parking was adequate and spacious.

We chose this hotel because it was close to a friend home on leave from the military. The room had a very pungent odor when we entered. There was 'something' on the ceiling in the bathroom. The next morning a breaker flipped and we were sitting in the dark. My husband went to the front desk to let them know and was told someone would take care of it. After 20 minutes, he returned to the front desk and was told that only 1 person had a key to flip the breaker and she had just left to run 'errands in town'. He returned again after another 20 minutes and was cussed out by the young woman at the front desk. She yelled that she "did NOT make enough money to put up with this s--t!" and proceeded to yell that if he did not like the hotel he could "get the f--k out!" He spoke to the manager on the phone, but it was very clear that nothing would be done about the poor, unprofessional customer service. We will never be back.
