I liked that it was clean safe, lite breakfast and coffee e in the morning. The hotel was very nice good price nice staff.

It was very quiet. You didn't hear people outside coming in and out like some places. Very nice place. We have no complaints about our stay.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. Not that clean. Hard bed. Breakfast items: very limited. Breakfast space: even more limited, right at the entrance of a very small office. But all that would be ok in comparison to the incompetent and rude staff. Checked-in by unpleasant woman who hardly spoke to us and who appears to have been the one making the mistake of giving us a room for 1 night instead of the 2 nights it was originally booked for. So on the second night (2:00 a.m.) we came back to find our room was given to another people and all our stuff was bagged,taken out and put in their laundy room. Had to return to the room to pick up clothing items they left in a drawer and the couple already sleeping there were pretty upset at us (meaning: hotel person and ME!) The guy handling this situation became defensive and rude instead of apologetic. The whole thing was a humiliating experience

Free muffins. Rude staff, inconsiderate. The staff at this hotel was very unhelpful and really put a damper on our trip. Do not recommend.

No frills stop right on I10. Freeway noise is constant and the train whistles across the freeway are loud too. The motel is clean and pleasant and well maintained

Clean & pleasant appearance of room. Liked refrigerator & microwave. Shortage of towels - only 2 bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels. Basically a clean room that was in good shape. However, corners appeared to have been cut. Insufficient towel age, as mentioned above. Shampoo appeared to be a refilled bottle. Other little things. Nothing to prevent a decent night's stay, though.

The hotel was too close to the freeway. The noise was too loud and hard to sleep. They were friendly and helpful, but there was no coffee in the lobby or the coffee was left over from the day before. I would not stay there again. It was just too noisy.

Very close to the train tracks. Wish we would have known ahead of time. Did not sleep well at all. The staff lives on site. Seems off put when having to check in or out. Room was clean. Train tracks close to facility. Heard trains all night, did not sleep well.

They had internet at no charge. Extra $20 for non-smoking. Very noisy next to freeway. Weakest hotel I've ever stayed in. Very noisy. Air conditioning with room drapes didn't work well together. Wanted extra $20 for non-smoking. The free internet worked well.

It was close to Travelodge where we ended up staying. The room dirty. Toilet had "Sanitized" label wrapped, but wipable urine spots were all over room. 2nd room offered was almost as bad. We got stuck with this motel. Looks nice outside, but first room given was not cleaned, the toilet was wrapped with the "Sanitized for your protection" label, but unwiped urine was all over the room, spots on mirror, debris on carpet. We had to wait outside for the desk clerk to quickly clean and vacuum a second room for us. We saw the Maid's log-book marked both rooms as clean.

Nothing. I was charged $20 extra for a non-smoking room. This hotel sits next to the freeway and train tracks and the train could be heard all night. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff not friendly. I was charged $20 extra for a non-smoking room and there were no double beds available, even though there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot. It doesn't match up to its rating.
