This hotel was in a bad location for getting off the exit, but fine for getting back on. Making reservations was another story. They had a hard time doing that put on hold a long time. They over charged us on sales tax. My wife had a hard time getting money back. They wanted to wait until check out to give $ back. The room had crud all over the window. To top it all off I found cockroaches. I gave it to the desk clerk they didn't care. I ask to see manager they said he was gone for a few days. He was there the next day, but he didn't care either. NEVER STAY HERE on your travels down hiway 65.

Very happy to find this friendly, reasonably priced room that accepts pets, although there was an extra charge for the small dog tavelling with us.

Manger was nice and very helpful. Shuttle service into Louisville, KY was horrible When we booked this hotel we were led to believe that it was reasonably located to the Lexington KY airport and Church chill Downs Horse Track. I would not consider 30 plus miles away reasonably close (very misleading). Also the shuttle service used by the hotel left us stranded in the city after the Kentucky Derby for over three hours in a questionable neighborhood after we continued to call them to get picked up.

The room was clean, with enough towels for all of us. I liked that the window looked out to a pleasant grassy area. As a single mom, I always look for a suite arrangement so I can read or watch tv after my kids are safely asleep. The pool was clean, and the breakfast attendant was friendly and nice. I dont want you to put my name on this, just initials please.

Very clean and the staff members were very friendly. Nothing. Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff members were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for families. Had nice pool and hot tub. Rooms were very nice.
