It made you feel at home. The AC was just outside the bathroom and you got cold after a bath. I was impressed with the hotel and staff. I have a disabled young man and they were very accommodating to him.

We stayed at the hotel in late April 2009 room 121. Updated and clean. Very quiet location but close to everything. Located about one mile from Colonial Williamsburg. Four miles to the outlets. The internet connection was marginal to poor in our room but O.K. in the Breakfast area.

First i would like to start off by saying the hotel in the photos is not that hotel in Williamsburg. The front desk agent was horrible you couldnt understand a word of what he was saying. The rooms are smelly of mildew and smoke(in a non smoking room) spider webs hangs all over the walls as if room service does nothing but change the towels.(so many webs i thought it was part of the decorations). The bathrooms looked as if the werent cleaned in months the place was just a mess. The only plus to this place was how close it was to Busch Gardens. We had to go out a buy everything(even tissue paper)because u wouldnt want to use the anything their.TRUST ME DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE OR YOUR TIME

Simple setting and yet sufficient to cater to the needs of traveling families. Door knob not working. oven not plugged in. Generally, breakfast was simple but good. Attitude of staff was fantastic. Small problems but acceptable.

the hotel room plumbing worked in one room and not the other, a/c got stuck in on position last night there.

Nothing. It was run down and was more of a hotel that people live at than stay at. The rooms were small, slightly dingy, and very run down. The TV did not even work. The patronage here looked to be the type that lives in the hotel as many of them had plastic lawn, chairs and park benches in front of their rooms. The overall feel of this hotel was very run down and trashy. I expected to hear gun shots or see other illegal activities going on at night.

We stayed here 3 nights in October to visit Busch Gardens and Collonial Williamsburg. We arrived very late on the first night and they were very acomidating to our needs and late arivail. This is a older hotel but still fit our need to rest our heads at night. Wonderfull morning breakfast and very helpfull staff we will be back next year.

The fact that we left and went and got another hotel room. Everything. This was by far the dirtiest place I have ever seen in my life. There was mold growing on the walls that had been painted over, the smell was atrocious. The toilet had stains in it, the bedspread had tears in it, the door never even touched. The door jam when the door was closed, Need I say I will be frequenting Williamsburg for the next 2 years but I will not even drive by this hotel for fear I will get dirty!

We've been very pleased with the friendly and helpful staff, the free breakfast, and the affordable price.

NA. Old, bad mattresses, not very clean. Overall it wasn't too bad of an experience. But, the hotel was pretty run down. Especially the bathroom where our toilet kept clogging up. However the manager did let us use his enormous plunger.

Price and location was good. Felt unsafe and bathroom shower mat had never been scrubbed. I got to the hotel and quickly picked up on the fact the 2 rooms down someone appeared to be dealing drugs from the hotel. On the other side of the room next had someone living in it and I got a bad vibe from the people in that room. I packed my bags and left. I was too nervous to stay in that hotel.

Free breakfast, nice pool, new construction, clean. Nice hotel located close to many restaurants. Indoor pool with Jacuzzi. Was not crowded in early May. Easy access to all Williamsburg area attractions. Nice clean rooms. Free breakfast was great.

It was neat and clean and conveniently located. The grounds were very well kept. It was no frills but it met all our needs. There was even breakfast, including waffles, which we were not expecting for a moderately priced motel and a modest swimming pool.

Close to Bush Gardens. Too crowded on the second Morning for a nice breakfast.

It is a great value. I go there regularly and it is the only low cost I trust! I wish it was more updated. This place is a regular for my family and myself when we are going on a last minute trip to Busch Gardens. I would not recommend a long stay but it isgreat for a low budget weekend trip. It is clean and I can actually sleep in comfort unlike the surrounding motels!

Prcie and location. Smoking room, strong odor of paint. This motel is older; new management are trying to upgrade and improve it. It advertises a great breakfast, but I would say is it only adequate. I was somewhat disturbed by the paint odor in my room (due to renovations) and by the odor of smoke. Management was friendly and accommodating.

How convenient to everything and staff very helpful. The refrigerator smelled as if off for awhile. It was great for the price. If the refrigerator worked that would of made it much nicer.
