The cookies. Musky smelling, old looking walls and carpet. I signed in and went to room, turned around and ask for a room that did not have odor. None were available. Clerk was courteous. I then went to days-inn and got room with 2 double beds.

I found the Country Hearth Inn to meet my requirements perfectly and was close to where I had to be in Toccoa. The front desk staff were very helpful but, the Maid service did missed my room the 1 day I did not have the "Do Not Disturb" sign displayed. If you like a firm mattress, you'll love this place plus the recliner is comfortable. I found the wireless service is reliable with the router having to be adjusted only once. The free breakfast was adequate and the chocolate chip cookies and fruit that were on the counter at night hit the spot. Parking is located in front and the lot is well lit and the walkway into the Inn is handicap assessable. I requested and received a "late" check out with no hassle or additional charge. I have stayed in Toccoa before and the Country Hearth Inn, though off the beaten path, is the best. You'll find the location not to far from town and shopping and situated in a nice surrounding. I would recommend this facility to others.
