for the location and price this was a good place to stay. bed was a little small but very comfortable room, and great breakfast.

It was fairly clean, close to mall, restaurants, and affordable. No pool. Darnit. The whirlpool bath was a little small, but I'm a big person. The room and bathroom were fairly clean, except for the inside of the hide a bed sofa, that needed vacuumed out. I thought it was a good value for our money. The breakfast provided was wonderful fruit, juice, milk, muffins, biscuits, gravy, and make your own Belgian waffles (two big thumbs up there). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again, especially if they put in a pool.

There were cookies at the desk when I checked in and the girl was very friendly to me. I would definitely stay here again.

Bathroom could use some maintenance ... The makeup mirror had exposed wiring and did not look safe. Room was clean; bed was comfy;

Only liked the location this time. Too smoky and no spa only tub Jacuzzi for single person. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And the non smoking room smelled like they had a smoker living in it for months! An asthmatic person would have had to be rushed to hospital if they would have stayed there!

After working all day and driving 3 hours I was greeted by a young woman who never smiled, never said hello, was obviously preoccupied and never said thank you. Her demeanor was definitely not that of a service employee. I don't remember if she even looked at me. When I asked for the location of my room she seemed quite perturbed that I would even ask. I had stayed at this motel about 5 years ago and it was very pleasant. However, there are several other choices near by, and I would recommend choosing one of those.

The Country Hearth Inn Jackson, was a disappointment. The room had lamps that did not work, and peeling wallpaper. The bed sheets had stains on them and the blanket had burn marks.

Some rooms had small fridges in them - nice for multiple nights. Seemed to pushy at check-out time. Multiple calls. Pleasant, older style rooms. Good, clean rooms. It was a motel more than a hotel.

I stopped off at the Country Hearth Inn on my way to Detroit. It is actually a chain of hotels which I have never heard of before, but after my stay will definitely look for in all my travels. I was pleasantly surprised by the pleasantness of any staff member I came across, as well as the expansive breakfast. The location was also very convenient, as I was tired from driving all day, but could just walk to the mall right behind my room, as well as to a good restaurant for dinner. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, and this is one of the good ones.

The Country Hearth Inn in Jackson was cheaply priced compared to the other hotels in the area. The outside of the hotel is cute and looks new. However, the rooms were average (noticed some of the wallpaper coming off), nothing extravegant but for the rate it was expected. They had a great continental breakfast (some warm foods) and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located right next to a shopping mall and restuarants. (best buy, target, etc)

The complimentary breakfast was really nice. Hot water ran out twice while we showered. The hotel staff was nice and friendly, they always greeted us with a smile. They also were very helpful when it came to giving us advice on restaurants and activities to participate in during our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel for our stay.
