the hotel had a feeling of luxury. the fountains and ponds with ducks, the architectural details, the details in the room (jewely drawer, closet that lights when opened, tv in bathroom) and great spaciousness of the room were fabulous. the extreme talent of the professional musician made the trip outstanding. the only down side, directions not posted clearly to find indoor pool, restaurant, etc. and at hotel front desk though not unfriendly at all they seemed to busy for one person to be working alone, and the feeling of luxury did not carry over instead you felt like you were standing at line at the bank waiting to hear "next". the facilities and grounds were beautiful and with the orbitz special it cost lest than holiday inn and econo lodge. i would definitely return.

I had a conflict with check out time and they allowed me to remain in the room 2 hours passed check out and did not charge me. Getting luggage into the room was difficult. Everyone was so nice! I had a meeting that conflicted with check out, so they allowed my mother and infant to remain in the room for two additional hours with out charging me, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It walked out to a small patio which we really enjoyed. Quiet and relaxing, it was great to retreat to the hotel and get away from all of conference I attended at Four Seasons. This hotel was much nicer and smelled much better than the Lodge at the four seasons. We did not have a lake view from the room, however, we were able to stroll down the street and sit on a park bench and watch the sunset over the lake.

My husband and I stayed here during our anniversary. Room was very large, sitting area, mini-bar-like. Jazz band at night was superb, food at rest. was great, though the drinks were weak and sent one back for a hair in it. Will stay again.

My husband and I decided on a spontaneous weekend trip to the Ozarks and found this place online. It was beautifully decorated and we loved our room. Tons to do around the area!

The Country Club Hotel and Spa looks so beautiful when pulling up. You feel like you've arrived somewhere magical- until you get to your room. We had a king size bed w/ three mini pillows (they were half the size of the pillow case) and the bathroom ceiling was coming off- one day we didnt even get house keeping- our patio was amazing until we realized there were 2 huge wasp nests- one right above the screen door. The bed- it left us aching and wishing we were in our own bed. Overall the location is amazing- the pool was extremely crowded, and the atmosphere stuffy. We will never stay here again.

Location, Large/clean, view, staff, spa, pools, food, price, room service. Can not think of one between the two of us! Ok. The hotel was great and we will be returning!

Beautiful grounds, upscale rooms with deck, nice spa and pool. Front desk gave us the wrong room after 20 minutes. Very nice resort atmosphere. Spacious grounds and very nice room. Near Lodge of the four seasons, but much nicer. Great spa, indoor/outdoor pool, billiards, ping pong, sauna, hot tub, restaurant and bar. Some minor maintenance items where not up to par on grounds, but overall beautiful and great.
