Located 6.5 miles by Island water taxi just north of San Pedro on Ambregis Caye, this Belize island retreat is on the edge of the beckoning Caribbean. Mexico Rocks is visible from this relaxing hideaway where simple pleasures and exciting adventures await, may they be siestas or world renowned diving. Water taxi transportation is available to and from San Pedro daily. Bicycles are also available to scoot into the busy island capital of San Pedro. On-site tours, fishing, lobster hunting, and island excursions are just a few of the activities you can enjoy here in Belize. There are also many mainland tours like the Mayan Ruins, zip lining, tubing, or swimming with the sharks. Belize Academy of Diving is located on-site for the novice to expert diver, PADI certified. Island fare is served in the restaurant and the open air lounge greets the new arrivals at the resort entrance. A boutique carries necessities and unique gift items, and groceries can be pre-ordered. An on-site pool and a village type cluster of units make this island an idyllic spot to call home while slowing down the hectic pace of life. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. What are your breakfast options?: We offer breakfast and it is served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. The prices for breakfast differ, since every week we take out specials at the restaurant. However, the prices range from $15 Bze to $25 Bze.
What transport is available to get around?: Firstly, we have the Coastal Express. This is the only water taxi that has runs from the resort to San Pedro Town. The prize for a round trip is $23. Second, we do have land transportation. At the resort, we do have complimentary bicycle usage for our guests. Most of our guests take the bicycles to go to town but never come back. What they do is they put the bicycles on the boat and return to the resort with the boat. We also have golf cart rentals available in town. Most of the golf cart rental companies do not allow their golf carts to come up to the resort due to road conditions. There is one golf cart company that does allow.
What can I do nearby?: We have the glorious barrier reef in front of the resort. Our guests have the privilege to be able to enjoy the famed Mexico Rocks, either with an excursion or on their own with a kayak. We also have excellent fishing and other local snorkeling tours that the resort staff has personalized and is now offering exclusively just for our guest on weekly basis i.e. local hand line fishing, snorkeling from off the kayaks, going to the Bacalar Chico reserve, and much more. We also offer amazing tours to the Mayan temples, cave tubing, zip lining, manatee watching and much more.
Do you have internet?: We do have internet access at the resort. We have Wi-Fi services around the lobby area only; this is for those bringing their laptop. We also have a computer with internet access at the lobby assigned for guest usage.
Do you provide parking?: We do have parking area at the resort if you decide to drive a golf cart up to the resort.
