Staff gave exceptional assistance when i was confronted with an urgent family matter during our recent stay. They went over and above to extend our accomodation at an extremly heavily booked time. I would without a doubt return to this hotel should the need arise. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipt. Cafe served great food at reasonable price. Location was only moments from Restaraunts, Public transport and the Beach. A totally worthwhile experience

It a warm and welcoming ......the room was big , the fridge not cleaned and had stuff in the fridge left from the previous ,had rubbish under the bed.The lights are too dimmed for a big room with high ceiling which makes it a bit dark.......the bathroom light as well and had a air con that souinds like a propeller and loud. The room was on the bottonfloor rite at the back and the exit way for car doest not work at all despite they stll advise you to exit and enter from it. SO u have to use the main entrance .They a little in restarant type which only serves breakfast no lunch or dinner. No food service or room service .You have go out to look after hours .Oherwise it was okay 4.5/10

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I left with more than 60 bed bug bites after only staying 1 night. The hotel denied having any bed bugs and were quite rude when I notified them. Very unclean, and very bad service. Do not stay here.

Would stay here again! Our one-bedroom studio apartment was spacious with a good bathroom. Rates very reasonable. Great location for St Kida beach, Acland street shops and restaurants and Luna Park. Two tram routes into city stop outside and Fitzroy Street bars and restarants a 10-minute walk.

We found this boutique hotel to be small but comfortable. I think we may have gone stir crazy if we spent a lot of time in the room, due to it's small size, but the hotel itself was quiet, in a great location in St Kilda and had very friendly staff.

it is the only place i would recommend in melbourne. you are a two minute walk to akland street which has the best variety of cakes and what ever you want .it was a pity the elevator broke down. if you were febble you werent happy. breakfast was good and you had different variety and price. over all quite reasonable.beach, luna park and transport is all within five minutes walk of hotel. highly recommended.

A basic hotel for features. We had a two bedroom apartment for 3 days which was great. However no vacuuming done in the 3 days when the room was serviced. Have added a gym affiliation which is good but onsite would be better. Restaurant not open for dinner at the moment, although plenty of places to eat out.

We stayed in a triple twin room, which was very spacious with 2 single beds and a double bed for only $160 a night. Everything was clean and modern. It is located on a main road so you can hear the tram and the traffic passing by but falling asleep was not a problem since we were tired from exploring Melbourne. We'd definitely stay again.

Very close to the St Kilda facilities. Can be a little noisy at night but this is a minor criticism
