Location allows you to walk to many shops, bars and restaurants. Fortunately, it didn't cost much because you don't get much. We were on the 15th floor in the middle of summer. The air conditioner was barely able to keep up. The dresser drawers were dirty but when I brought this up to the staff, they were quite accomodating making sure they cleaned the room to our satisfaction.

Nice lobby, room was OK. Parking deck behind building. Get wet in rain. Access is poor and dangerous at night.

The hotel is great for its location. I was attending a wedding. The reception, church, and Dickson Street were all in walking distance. Not to mention the farmers market Saturday a.m. Perfect location when I visit Fayetteville.

Staff was helpful in many ways. Parking for a van is a problem.

This hotel is under a remodel. The room was very dated and the bathroom walls were dirty. Bed uncomfortable and the local bars close to the hotel are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. This should be a nice hotel once the remodel is complete.

Staff was very nice and met our only request (crib) promptly. The room was very outdated. The common areas were fine, but the room was in desperate need of an update and upgrade. The bedding was old, cheap, smelled bad, think floral, scratchy, polyester bedspread. The carpeting was so gross I couldn't put my one year old on the floor. The bathroom was small and in need of cosmetic repairs.

The Cosmo Hotel is dated, but undergoing renovation. Great location, right by the square and walking distance to Univ. of AR strip-food and shopping. Would like to come back when renovation complete. Staff was nice and friendly.

Close to downtown-inside entrance. Nothing really.

Clean. Old, elevator sticks. Nice, clean but the locations a little inconvenient, parking is difficult in larger vehicles.

Sleep number beds, room looked nice. Bathroom needed work, need new televisions in rooms. I loved the location. Loved the bed. The sheets and comforter and pillows were also wonderful. Did not try the restaurant but plenty of neat places within walking distance. The only missing link was the bathroom needed to be as beautiful as the rest of the room.

Nice and comfortable accommodations, that was an excellent buy. Parking out back of the hotel without a rear entrance to return to hotel. Also, no help with bags. This hotel was up-to-date with clean, modern rooms. It was quiet and easy to get solid rest for the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can not believe I got such a nice room in such a great hotel for the price!

Location in relation to our purpose of coming to the city. Several adults in the hotel and on our floor with alcoholic drinks and related behaviors at 2 am, that woke us and were disturbing. This hotel is not for families with small or adolescent children. Adult behaviors by other guests were more appropriate for adult travelers. The hotel staff did respond to our request at 2 am to move these adults out of proximity to our room, but we did wake up and were disturbed by the behaviors of these guests.

Hotel was clean. Water pressure was good and the water was hot. The parking facility was not connected to the hotel. I parked on the street. The name of the hotel was not on the outside of the building so you could easily locate it. It was located on a small side street that was hard to find. The parking facility did not seem too secure so I parked on the street where I could see my car from the room. Otherwise, the hotel was well worth the money. It was clean and the room was more than adequate. There was a paper outside our door that morning which was nice. The people that worked there were very friendly and helpful!I Have already recommended Priceline and this hotel to people.

Location, sleep comfort bed, bedding, microwave & refrigerator in room, free parking, friendly staff, view. Outdated wallpaper, mold, had to unplug lamp to plug in computer, slow internet connection, need WiFi, windows were really dirty. The rooms could use updating, but they were nice. The sleep comfort bed was comfortable & it had nice bedding.

Great location - great sleep number beds! Needed a little maintenance attention. Excellent location cannot be beat for convenience to downtown or campus. Very quiet. Great value, although needs some cosmetic repair. The sleep number beds were great. Felt safe, and liked the covered parking garage, especially in snow and bad weather.

Very close to airport - practically walking distance. Cleaning lady did a very poor job. Front desk persons were not accomodating. Informed me they were too busy for me.

Room was exceptionally spacious! Restaurant was average, plants dying, food was excellent! In a remodel and overall felt like a ghost town.

Close to Arkansas University. Very professional, clean and efficient. The room was spacious. I would stay there again.

Location. Room dingy, bathroom small, too expensive for poor quality. Was dark, dingy, and cold. The service was bad and the staff was not friendly. Will never stay here again.
Date of Stay:
August, 2006
The location of this hotel is great. The air conditioner was very noisy. If you want to stay near the University, this hotel is great. It is walking distance to all the restaurants on Dickson street and to the University itself. The only problem is the air conditioner. It is very noisy and goes on and off at night preventing you from getting a good nights sleep.
