Location is pretty convenient to walk to Disneyland, the pool was fine, water temperature and hot tub were always good for the kids and the adults to enjoy and relax.

Location to the main attractions. The pool is too small and there were a lot of teens yelling & screaming all the time. Great location, comfortable, OK breakfast options.

We were very happy with this hotel. We had booked another hotel that was really delapidated and found the cortona. They treated us with utmost dignitiy and was very friendly and helpful to us when we were so frazzled from our other experience. With 3 children with us we were so grateful they found a place for us, which was a beautiful suite. We all loved it. Thankyou Cortona Inn And Suites for making our stay a very pleasant one.

The rooms were really big. Loved having fridge & microwave. We could hear all the rolling maid carts outside. This hotel was perfect for our stay as we mainly were out at Disneyland. The facility they had for the continental breakfast was a bit small for the amount of people they had. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

When my fianc?and I were trying to check into our room, they told us to come back in an hour. An hour later, a man told us to come back in ANOTHER two hours. He was very rude, and didn't bother to apologize after finding out that our room was ready. The room itself was nice, but BEWARE if you plan on using the internet. You have to hardwire into the network, and pay to use it. The rude man, said it was 10 to use between 12p and 12a, then you get charged again.

We didn't get the two queens. We got a King and sofa sleeper. They thought we would appreciate the spa, but we didn't need that. We needed two beds. The room was dirty and looked like they barely skimmed through it to clean it. It still smelled like smoke. I was not happy. They couldn't give me another room because they had every room booked.

we found this hotel quite comfortable,we stayed in the kids suite, the kids loved having their own room, all of the staff was very friendly, the pool was very refreshing after a 10 hour day at disneylandit was also very nice to come back to a very tidy and clean room at the end of the day.we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again ,in fact we are already planning next years vacation ,with our stay at this hotel longer.everything we needed was within walking distance"

my wife and i stayed there while visiting disney. we were under the impression that it was a lot closer, and with small kids it made it hard. on the good side it was clean, and the breakfast was not bad. you could walk but its about a mile plus to the main gate, is easier to take a shuttle which will run you $4.00 per adult and $1.00 per kid( I'm not sure about the kids, can't remember) daily. I actually prefer to say across the street from the main entrance like the fairview Marriot, it a little more but not as far.

Looks great from the outside - get in the room and the suprises start.. TV? not even the local Sports channel, and what they have was fuzzy. Phone? 2 to sign it on, then a 0.50 'connection fee' and 0.50/minute for ANY call, even local?? Laundry room? dirty, 1 of 2 washers broke... kept us guessing what was going to be wrong next.. at least the staff did a good job cleaning the room.. never again.

This place should be rated 2 stars--or the 3-star we stayed in at another city the night before rated 4 stars. This is not a Bed&Breakfast---just a bed. Most everything is well-worn (you notice the stained carpet). There is a work desk but the A/C unit (not thermostatically controlled but entirely manual) blows on you during hot summer days and you get chilled. Wireless Internet? You have sit in the noisy lobby or breakfast room to get it, which I suppose is a plus, because if you got it to your room, it would probably be impossibly slow. As for the "complimentary continental breakfast," it basically amounts to bread/grain/cereal products, namely doughnuts and waffles, with some fruit (probably bruised) thrown in. The coffee is quite unremarkable. Didn't try the fruit juice (probably artificially flavored water full of sugar). No meat at breakfast as I can recall. As for protein, there are boiled eggs every day. If you are looking for any kind of decent breakfast, there is a Denny's and IHOP nearby, and probably the C I&S count on that (and will tell you as much). The staff is friendly and was helpful in using Google maps for some shopping locations when I requested to know some places. Generally, you will only go to your room when you are dog-tired after a full day at Disneyland park hopping. During check-in, although we had reserved two rooms with two queen beds each, at one point the staff member tried to offer us a room with a king bed. I think he was trying to accommodate our preference for adjacent rooms, but when he saw we insisted on the rooms with two queens, he gave us rooms 4 doors apart but at least on the same floor. Fortunately we did not get the room that is tucked away in a dark corner, although we were somewhat away from the full light of day. (Why would the architect create such a floor plan anyway as it would likely irritate customers?)

Great location if going to Disneyland theme park or Anaheim Convention Center. Away from the street so the hotel is fairly quiet. Although parking is free, there is very little of it.

At first, my stay was great - the front desk was very attentive...fixed my TV immediately when I called. Helped me out when I needed a confirmation for an LA Tour. BUT Sat nite as I packed to go home, I realized that my curling iron was broken, the tip was chipped & placed next to it so that you cant tell until you pick it up. Sun am I tell the front desk, the maid had put a NOTE in my file saying that she found it broken ON THURS and wanted to report it in case I said she did it...that was just foul. Why didn't they tell me beforehand? oh, wait - they couldnt because I used them Saturday am and they were FINE! The curlers werent a big deal but the lying part was! My stay would've been perfect if it wasnt for this incident. Amazingly..all the days that I stayed, the maid would leave a note with her name on it. But Saturday when our room was cleaned, no note...coincidence? I think not...

Overall the rooms was not very clean or comfortable, but it served it's purpose and it was cheap. the location is easy to get in and out of and parking lot had plenty of spaces. The breakfast was way below average, but for the price I guess thats all i could expect. The worst thing was the smelly water coming from the sink. We used bottled water. The best parts were the location and price. We have decided that from now on we will pay more and be comfortable.

We were here for a family vacation to Southern California. This was only 3 days of the vacation, and only our immediate family from our group stayed at the Cortona. First, let me say the two guys who worked the front desk were friendly & helpful, very upbeat. We really liked them! Also, the housekeeping staff did a great job while we were there. They were very pleasant and helpful when you needed something. Our stay here was pleasant. Overall, the hotel is average. Clean, but not spotless. The breakfast is ok, nothing to write home about, but convenient. The beds are awful, totally uncomfortable. That would be my biggest complaint, and definitly my husbands!! We stayed here once before, and the stay wasn't half as pleasant that time (we had a disgusting experience with the safe, so gross! & the staff was mediocre). The only reason we stayed again is because like so many, times are tough and the budget was tight. But this time we were pleasantly surprised.
