The hotel was well situated and only a ten minute walk to the centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, well presented and had good air conditioning. It had a great roof top pool with lots of sum loungers. Our room did not have a great outlook but it was in the middle of a city so perhaps you do not expect that. However, it was nice and quiet. One criticism was that the only English TV channel was BBC World Service - would have been good to watch a movie when we got back from the nightlife of Granda! I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

This hotel said it was 4 star but it felt like a three star hotel. The rooms were decent but again not 4 star quality. The staff were very nice and helpful. There were a lot of kids staying at the hotel so it was loud but I think it may have been a school holiday time. The location was good, it was walking distance to everything. All in all decent but again not 4 star. The other thing I have to say is it was a good price for what it was.

Only Stayed the one night but everything was very efficient and handled very well. Good position for the sights and centre of Granada.

Fawlty Towers style of handling no air con. Ran around for 2 hours trying to fix it then announced the air con had been turned off - 26C outside! Don't think that this is a non smoking hotel as advertised. Smoking is allowed everywhere - even under the no smoking signs. Management have an excellent line in shrugging shoulders - needless to say we spent as little time as possible in the hotel. We booked it based on air con and non smoking and received neither.Don't get a room next to the road, unless you want to stay up all night. Don't open the window to cool off due to no air con - this makes the traffic noise even louder!

Easy access to motorway but very quiet, rooftop pool and sun area had plenty of room, breakfasts were a bit pricey but very good value as there was plenty of choice. There is a super cafe across the road which caters for all tastes and ages in very chic but inexpensive surroundings. Hotel is near the science park which is good value for kids of all ages, the antarctic exhibition was particularly good especially as the weather was so hot outside!The reception staff are lovely. NB parking is 15 euros a day.

Didnt eat at the Hotel. Hotel seems popular with middle aged English parties of holidaymakers. Atmosphere therefore is sedate and peaceful.Warm welcome, and good WEnglish spoken by reception staff. Valet parking for the car was convenient and took the stress away after a long journey.Relaxed easy check in. Good room. Nice terrace/pool area (on the roof). Only stayed one night, but would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! Not as near to the attractions as some other hotels, but still easily walkable. The room was great - we were three friends and had plenty of room. (They had, for some reason, set up the room for four, which shows how spacious it was!) The highlight was most definitely the rooftop pool which we had to ourselves during lunchtime and the early afternoon - heavenly!
