The people were very nice and helped get us settled. The advertisement on your site and rate quoted did not match the request your service sent to them and those rates we signed up for did not exist. They were kind enough to accept and honor the rate and accomodate us in a suite.

Clean room, convenient location, and feel like family friendly. Closed at 11 PM a bit early for out of town traveler. Courteous, co-operative, understanding staff. Clean convenient hotel.

The front desk clerk was very courteous. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of channels on television to choose from. The location from our visiting destination was closer than we first thought. A little noisy with the interstate right beside the hotel, but all in all quite comfortable, will definately keep this on our list when returning to this area.

I'm glad I read other reviews to know the front desk was not open 24 hours! Overall it was a good experience, the only thing I would recommend is that they have front desk staff 24/7 that way people traveling from out of town don't have to be in such a rush to get there at a certain time.

Excellent MTNC-quick and polite SVC when problem occurred with TV. No breakfast, no pool. Excellent value for money. Everything was clean and kept up. Staff was quick to replace TV when TV went out. Only problem I had been no one to report person above throwing furniture around and fighting at 230am both nights because office is closed 10pm-8am. Should give phone number to hotel after purchase as I needed local information before I arrived. Overall great experience!
