What are your breakfast options?

We serve a full hot breakfast on weekends, ranging from pecan encrusted French toast and bacon to blueberry blintz soufflé. There is no set menu and our offer changes every weekend. Weekdays, we offer a continental style breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, yogurts, juices, cold cereals and a baked treat. Weekends, we serve from 8:30am to 10:00am and weekdays from 7:15am to 9:30am. These can be adjusted depending on the needs of some of our guests.

What transport is available to get around?

Cabs are available to all points. The subway entrance is located within a 10-minute walk from our location at 34th and Market. Buses run along market to and from Center City.

Cabs obviously serve the airport. A shuttle service, Lady Liberty Shuttle, is also available. SEPTA (Southeast Pennsylvania Rapid Transit Authority) has a train that runs from the airport to the 30th Street Station which is located about a five-minute cab ride from our location. Fresh Grocer, Trade Joes and Whole Foods have locations within easy access. A 7/11 convenience store is located 2 blocks away.

Access to Atlantic City can be scheduled, via motor coach service, from Philadelphia Center City.

What can I do nearby?

The University City area offers a wide variety of restaurant choices as does Center City Philadelphia. The Center City and historical areas are a short subway ride away. The Philadelphia Art Museum, University of Pennsylvania archeological museum and the Franklin Institute are all within walking distance. Live theatre and other live performances are available along the Avenue of the Arts (South Broad Street) in Center City. The Philadelphia Zoo, the oldest in the USA, is a mile from the Cornerstone.

Do you have internet?

We do have wifi and it is a free service to our guests.

Do you provide parking?

We have street parking. Unlimited parking is allowed on the numbered streets (two-hour restrictions are enforced during the day). No limit on overnight parking. If required, a parking lot is located about 1/2 mile from the Cornerstone.
