VERY NICE VIEW OF ALL THE CITY.

This is a bit disappointing. The rooms does not have wireless despite it is stated in the ads. The broadband is wired and vastly overpriced - you pay by the speed of the broadband on the wire - I have never seen this in my life in a hotel... a 2 Mbit connection cost a whopping daily £20, which is double of what you usually pay for a much better connection elsewhere. No iron was included in the room...

Breakfast!Atmosphere, room, clean, cleanliness.

The AC did not function to a satisfactory level in the hotel, we reported it to hotel staff without any correction. The hotel charged for extra amenities at levels that were significantly above normal. I was charged 150 dollars for the use of the internet, clearly overpriced. and I was charged 45 dollars to use the pool.

An enjoyable weekend breakA lovely, clean and very comfortable hotel, only two metro stops from the main shopping area. The metro station ideally situated immediately outside the hotel reception.Beautiful views across the city from the spa pool on the 25th floor. The room was clean and well appointed however there was a distinct lack of toiletries we had expected from a five star hotel. The air-conditioning was not working, poor for the time of year. Breakfast was average and the service quite poor in the restaurant. Reception staff and conciege were pleasant and helpful. Overall an enjoyable weeekend break.

Nice rooms. Hotel itself was very nice. Only complaint about the room was that the shower head kept falling off. The staff was not very helpful; they made me feel as if it was bothering them when I had simple questions. Breakfast was good.

Cheap for the accommodation. The drains did not work well. The staff was rude.

Bedding. Lack of inclusive amenities (internet, fitness center, pool). A great four star hotel - but disappointment if expecting five star level of service and amenities. We left something at the hotel and they have not been helpful!

Happy hour 12:00 till 13:00. Free entry to gym, pool, etc. Breakfast included excellent.

Accessibility with public transport (Metro); extremely clean and well maintained. Cost for the use of the swimming pool (outside 12:00 – 13:00; no charge for Happy Hour). Reception and concierge service extremely professional and courteous. Rooms a bit small but very clean and well maintained. Furnishings (linens, etc. ) were very high quality.

Close to metro. Service was terrible, they don't even change sheets or wash glasses. So much for 5 stars! This is one of the modern hotels, with completely run down and dysfunctional staff. Maid service is terrible, concierge acts as if he does you a big favor by talking to you. They do not even have ice buckets and serve ice in soup plats. I'll never stay in this hotel again.

The sheets were nice and soft. Breakfast (included) had a large choice. The pool area was not very clean and entire staff not very friendly. This hotel was acceptable, but is certainly not a five star hotel. No one, and I mean no one smiles or acts as if they are there to help you. (I'm not a snobby American who expects to be waited upon, but if I walk up to the Concierge with a smile on my face and I say "hello," it would be nice to be greeted the same. By contrast, we stayed in a 4 star hotel in Paris - of all places (reputation for being rude) after we left Prague. The concierges at the Paris hotel - 4 of them were SO friendly and funny and telling us jokes and giving us tips, and extra advice every day - They made the trip! Here at the Corinthian, the attitude of almost every employee was horrible, with the exception of a few reception personnel. The Corinthian Concierges seemed to have very limited information and/or knowledge and were loathe to share it. See money saving tips below for details. As an example of the never ending rudeness of the Corinthian employees, at the buffet breakfast, I asked if my egg could be cooked longer than usual. The cook who is there making the eggs rolled her eyes and made me feel as if I was asking her to perform slave labor.

Management was doing their best to accommodate us. 1/2 of the employees we encountered were terrible. The rooms were old and not renovated with rust in the bathrooms and old furniture. Business class rooms were nice, but the standard and executive are older. Manager was nice enough to give me a tour. Location was far from the city center. Pool was nice, as were some of the pool staff (young girl with dark hair, tan was superbly kind to us). The extra bed in one of the rooms was the equivalent of a camping cot - absolutely terrible, and it was set up after 2 calls to front desk and not until midnight. Breakfast was pretty good but the exact same every day. Hotel close to the metro station - but you have a changeover to get anywhere close to old town.

Renovated room. Seems like everything is an add on. Surprisingly pleasant, 5 minutes metro to city center, convenient (expensive) car parking, pleasant staff.

Linens andview. Stuffy rooms andvery poor location. This is a modern, fairy sterile business hotel. There is no charm in the neighborhood (the concierge could not recommend a local place to go within walking distance of the hotel for coffee or a drink). It is very connected to the subway system, and the old part of Prague is 2-4 stops away. Service was indifferent (at best); the restaurant waitress did not know that includes your choice of on the menu might be interpreted to means one of the choices would be included. The concierge, when asked about a restaurant, opened a book with a menu and walked away (there was no other guest even in the lobby at the time).
