We stayed at the Corinthia Hotel Lisbon for 7 days in Mar and loved it so much that we are going back. The hotel is fab as is the local area. The reception and public areas reflect a truly high standard 5 star hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The Corinthia Hotel Lisbon is much more than just the biggest five star hotel in Portugal, they have a conference centre that is the best and biggest I have ever seen! More, if you have business in Portugal, don’t make the mistake of staying anywhere, take my advice and choice the Corinthia. This Hotel is considered by many as a jewel amongst European 5 star hotels!! Very few of life’s experiences provide such gratification as staying at this hotel. We had an executive level room which was beautifully with a great view over Lisbon, really over the top. The elegance, friendly staff, beautiful rooms with ample spaces and an outstanding breakfast is what you will get in there. I recommend it and I hope back soon.

The Corinthia was relatively comfortable but nothing special. It was very popular with flight crews and business people. Although our room was recently updated, a moldy hole in the shower ceiling was a bit of a turn off. Additionally, beware if you drive to this hotel--parking in the garage was AWFUL and expensive. Service in the restaurant was excellent. Some of the best we received in Portugal. Not a lot of amenities near the hotel that were open on a Saturday. The hotel is relatively close to the A2 circular and is an easy distance from the airport and into the downtown area, but driving to it is a little strange since it is situated between two one way streets. If you approach at the back of the hotel, keep going and turn right under the overpass then follow the signs to turn around and come back down the street at the front of the hotel (this is not immediately obvious).

The mirrors in the bathroom had a heat adjustment to defrost the mirrors, also there was music in the washrooms that could be controlled by a dial. Hard to understand front desk, maybe need more people that speak a bit more English.

to far out to walk to lisbon town buisness hotel, you pay 15 euros for breakfast which was excellent, or 4 euro for coffee and croissant, 24 storey high tower hotel, we were on floor 19 not very good view.

Staff were very rigid. Some hotels try to work with you to get in your room a little early. All the staff said was not until 2:00. They told us to try and find something to do. We knew going in we were early as you must know all flights from USA get in early morning. By the time we got to the hotel it was about 11:00 AM While we realize we could not check in until 2:00 there must have been 1 room in this large hotel for us to get into. We saw many people leaving the WHOLE time we waited in the lobby. You would think with people waiting they would at least get one room clean to provide for early guests. I found that most of the staff were very unfriendly and seem to think we were intruding. It was their way or no way.

Very nice room and common area. Very nice hotel by all standards. Room was very nice and spacious by Euro standards. Great staff and very attentive. Located between the airport and central downtown. Convenient to both but not located at either location.

Modern 5 star hotel with high quality facilities - bargain basement rate obtained via late rooms for sameday booking due to a flight cancellation

Friendly, clean. Cost of internet. Very modern, clean. Good location. Great rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Dining room food reasonable, but not exceptional. Daily cost for internet is pricey. I would definitely go there again.

I absolutely hate it when you go to a 5 * hotel and they charge you for everything. I was appalled that internet use was 19 euros for a full day. That's why I would rather stay in a something with less of a rating because it is usually a better value for your money. Room was nice but it's alittle to far away from the Resturadores area. Staff was great.

Our room was not available when we arrived, as the hotel had lost the booking.The on duty manager was not very helpful and sent us to another hotel miles away which was more expensive,and would not pay for the taxi or the difference in hotel cost,which turned out to a good deal of money.However I am pleased to say Mr Antonio the next days Duty manager was far more helpful ,and was waiting for us when we arrived the next day and fully reimbursed us the taxi fare and extra hotel cost and upgraded our room. However,we were a day behind in our plans which was only a three day stay.

This is a large hotel with a full list of facilities. It is located in a business district, close to Sete Rios train station making it easy to access the travel network around Lisbon. The room we had was a typical modern hotel room with a full set of of facilities. There is a choice of restaurants or an in-room meal service. We dined in the less formal restaurant which had very nice food at reasonable prices.

Hotel is described as near City Centre. This is not quite true, but the bus to the Centre stops outside the door, and the Metro is across the road. Taxi at the door

Hotel was very good food in restaurant nice , breakfasts costly for what you were getting- buffet style. Quite alot of building work going on noisy at times .But overall nice Hotel

Great hotel - staff are very professional and helpful - although not as central as expected but convenient for the airport. However, the metro is just across the road so the centre is less than 10 mins away. The metro is very regular, efficient and cheap so was not in any way an inconvenience.

Excelente hotelMuy bien situado, en un sitio muy tranquilo. Muy bien comunicado con el centro de Lisboa, la estación de metro está a menos de 100 metros del hotel. Límpio, personal muy atento y muy buena calidad en los servicios que presta.
