Good location nice breakfast but don't expect to come in from the cold and warm up. From the time we got there till we left the heating was never on once, we asked to have it fixed but it never happened. I spent the week sleeping in my clothes when we asked for an extra blanket we were informed there would be one left for us, it never happened. When they offered another room we had to refuse as the room was even colder than ours. So in total i spent alot of money to go camping in a hotel. We will never ever ever stay here again. We were a party of 4 and all of us were chilled to the bone. (Cordial Hotel Iceburge)

The hotel lost our reservation, overcharged us, then locked us into the lobby and screamed profanities at us because we didn't think we should be overcharged. Then we saw mice. A total nightmare.

The hotel was generally OK, great location in the heart of Amsterdam. The rooms were tiny but I think all hotel rooms in Amsterdam are small. breakfast was average.

Place was OK, most staff was good, but one in particular was very rude, and always made it seem like he was doing you a favor by talking to you - like he weas too busy watching TV to care about you. Great location, fairly clean.

Very centrally located - easy walk from the train station & to all sites in Amsterdam. Basic hotel, nice having the breakfast - juice, eggs, rolls, meat & cheese, coffee & tea. Good value for the money.
