the staff were very nice, accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean, well decorated and pleasant. There is a Tesco right next door so if you do need any bits and pieces its easy - although the management appear to have taken on board previous comments and there was dish washing liquid, pots and pans etc. If there was anything missing, they were more than happy to get it for us.

We stayed for three nights midweek in a two-bedroom apartment and found it very comfortable and spacious, and the staff helpful and friendly. Anyone travelling with a small child/baby needs to bring/borrow their own cot (as we did), since none is provided. Proximity to city centre and Tesco's is a plus, as are views of the Divis Mountains and secure underground car park.

I like to walk in Belfast3 minor complaints1. Arrived on the Friday, towels were replaced on Monday sometime when we were departing on Tuesday2. Arrived on the Friday, bins were not emptied until Monday sometime when we were departing on Tuesday3. Shampoo's etc never replaced

cordia serviced apartmentspoints for --- lovely big building, open plan apartments, comfortable beds, close to city centre (20min walk or £5 in a taxi), tesco right next door.points against --- no twin rooms, towels only changed once during 4 night stay, kitchen floor swept but not mopped,

Better than a Hotel!I was in Belfast for my Hen Weekend and there was 12 of us so we had 3 rooms that each slept 4 people. We couldn't believe how plush they were! Amazing value for money, it was like a home from home. Because you get your own kitchen we cooked breakfast (right next door to a Tesco), made cocktails before the nights out and we could all visit each other. There were 5 other people staying nearby in the Jury's Hotel that came in for a drink before our night out and they said they would definately stay at Cordia the next time!Situated 10 minutes from the city centre and all buses on this street go straight to the city centre.My only negative point is that each apartment slept 4 people and there was only 2 towels, but as soon as we asked for more we got them.

better value for money than a hotelhave stayed at the cordia apartments the last couple of times in belfast and have been very impressed.apartments are very clean and spacious with 2 double bedrooms and open plan kitchen/living room.not in centre of the city but only a 5 min taxi ride or about 15-20 mins walk.also plenty of shops and stuff nearby anyway.staff are very friendly and it has a secure underground car park.will definately stay again.

These apartments are in a great location. Underground carpark very good. Apartments were well presented, but could do with a deep clean more regularly - skirting boards and glass doors in need of proper cleaning, but in general an acceptable level of cleanliness for a short stay. Thermostatic controls on showers did not work so water was scalding, but I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

I was very impressed with the quality of the apartment and it has all facilities that you require for your stay. It was very well heated and has an excellent position to be right next door to Tesco. The only downside is the underground carpark lighting sensors do not work quick enough and it is very frightening to be finding your car in the pitch black! However, despite this I would certainly recommend it.

The Coprdia is well situated - just £3 in a taxi to the nearest bars and £4 into the centre of Belfast. The rooms were so clean and spacious. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

This place had an excellent level of comfort as well as security while also being located next to a supermarket. One small thing that is easy to change and could have made the stay more enjoyable would have been to include some dishwashing detergent or dishwashing powder in the apartment. While a dishwasher and full cutlery facilties were provided the cutlery was not clean and the dishwasher stank as it had food in the bottom of it from a previous occupant. Other apartments we stayed in on our trip had the dishwasher/washing liquid supplied which is an easy fix.

Good location next to a tesco. Should have some rooms with twin beds as had to share a bed with a male friend, which is not ideal. Also one of the showers only gave out scalding hot water, no temp control, so 4 people using ensuite was a bit cramped. Overall enjoyed stay

arrived at 11am but the room was ready. staff were very helpful and brought extra towels. couldn't find a t towel but there was a dishwasher very well equipped and fantastic value for money. have already recommended it to friends.

A very confortable hotel, properly located and with a Tesco right next door in order to do some necessary shopping. The rooms are exactly as shown on the photos. The staff is very friendly and will help in anything they can. Very enjoyable place with amazing view if your room has balcony on the back.
