Rooms are really nice - bathrooms are contemporary and stylish and best of all, clean. Staff were friendly and easy to get on with. Breakfast was great, but all buffets are in my opinion!!! Gym was good, shame there's no pool. Overall, bit of a bargain.

excellent value for moneyIdeal situation for city of Sheffield - easy to find only problem we had was the time it took to serve our food in the restaurant in the evening - nearly 1 hour to wait for the meal which meant that the free bottle of wine couldn't be finished at the table because of the effect of the drink on an empty stomach. Would definetly order room service in future which has a good selection of food on offer. Breakfast excellent. staff brilliant.

Another good stayNot the first time I have stayed here and it will not be the last. From the first contact at reception on arrival to the last at leaving, the staff are welcoming and pleasant. The room was comfotable and clean. The breakfast was good with a selection of fresh fruit and all the usual cooked items available on a buffet style.

Smart and efficientTicked all the boxes for a short weekend stay, well designed room with quality fixtures and fittings. Aside from a dodgy signal on some of the TV stations, all was fine. Friendly, efficient staff, easy parking and walking distance to the centre.

Quality hotelThis hotel was a little more pricey than some of the others but was well worth the £55 a night price tag, rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Hotel has free onsite parking (on the football ground) and is close enough to the shops, trams and places to eat. Staff are also friendly, helpful and knoweledgeble about the surrounding area, def use again.

great stay, stunning accomodation, staff excellemt,evening meal let stay down room was stunning and the facilities couldnt be faulted.had a rip eye steak which was cooked to perfection, only let down was the peppercorn was more of a curried oil, and the chips were frozen, shame because the presentation was perfectwill definatly stay again, hope you find this helpfullthanks

Great valueWe only stayed one night but it was clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restautrant was expensive but we enjoyed our meal and ended up feeling it was good value for money.

Copthorne Sheffield reviewReally enjoyed my stay here - very nice welcome to the hotel, room was spotless and clean and all round very good value for money. Room service was excellent.It is an 8 - 10 min walk in to Sheffield but as I hadn't booked in for breakfast I enjoyed getting out and about on the Saturday morning.I stay regularly at Copthorne hotels and my experience at Sheffield was similar to other locations I've stayed in.I have ticked below for this accommodation is suitable for a 'county escape'. I say this as in 15 mins I was in the Derbyshire countryside and 15 mins later at Chatsworth House.

Great new hotel in SheffieldHad a very good experience here. Despite being close to a major venue and to the city centre the hotel is very quiet. It has well-appointed and thoughtfully furnished rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff are uniformly excellent - friendly, polite, obliging and efficient.
