This is a good standard hotel in the heart of the Marlborough region famously known for its excellent wine and vineyards. Within a short drive to the Marlborough Sounds. SE0507 A low rise single storey building. Built in 1980's and refurbished in 2006 Nikau restaurant on the ground floor serves a variety of New Zealand cuisine with a particular focus on local seafood. A medium size functional lobby. 28 Single rooms Double rooms Twin rooms Triple rooms Non-smoking rooms Rooms vary in size, some are generously proportioned others are compact. They are all recently refurbished. Standard inclusions are Sky TV, and tea / coffee facilities. Close to the centre of Blenheim in the Marlborough region. Within 30 minutes drive of the Inter-island ferry terminal at Picton. Blenheim has a small domestic only airport. Also midway between Nelson and Kaikoura Central 5 kms to the airport (borlange) 122 kms to the airport (** do not use **) 1 km to the nearest station (blenheim) 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 2 km to the nearest fair site (marlborough centre) 20 km to the nearest beach

What are your breakfast options?: The restaurant is open weekdays from 8:00 am to 9:30 am and weekends on 7:30 am to 9:30 am. There is a menu for breakfast express which starts at $4.95 tea and toast upwards to a large cooked breakfast for $18.00.
What transport is available to get around?: We do have taxis here in Blenheim but we do not have a beach nearby, the nearest one would be about 35 minutes away. From the airport there is a shuttle service.
What can I do nearby?: We have a pool on site and a gym across the road. The town is about five minutes walk. There are tennis courts five minutes up the road, a half-size golf course, and a lovely park. Marlborough has many wine tours to take you out to the wineries.
Do you have internet?: We have some rooms on broadband and the property has wireless. Cost is $3.00 per hour or $10.00 for 12 hours.
Do you provide parking?: Our hotel has a car park.
