Description:
Copper is the perfect vacation destination for Colorado skiing and snowboarding. Copper is easily accessible - we are located just 75 miles west of Denver in the heart of Summit County, Colorado.
Why ski Colorado - Summit County, Colorado offers the longest ski season in the Western U.S. And Colorado is renowned for its sunny, blue-sky days along with some of the best powder in the world. Copper is one of Summit County's largest ski areas with over 2,400 ski able acres and averages 280 of snowfall during our ski season.
Copper has something for all ages and abilities. Our naturally divided terrain starts out with gentle, sloping runs on the west, and gets progressively steeper as you head east. And we have got several wide-open bowls for advanced skiers and riders. Copper also has one of the best terrain parks and pipes in Colorado.
Copper Mountain vacations are filled with plenty of rip time on the mountain, followed by a relaxing or rocking night in The Village - the choice is yours. We have got a new village featuring plenty of incredible lodging options, shops, restaurants, bars and family activities. All of our lodging is just steps away from the mountain and gives you access to the Copper Mountain Athletic Club, featuring a 25-yard pool, weight room, cardio equipment, hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms.
Come to Copper Mountain Ski Resort for your ultimate Colorado vacation.

Location. Check in staff clueless about where to go to eat. We left. Not vibrant or active in summer - spend your money in Vail, instead! Room was OK for the price, but for a resort that size they should have been able to cause at least on restaurant to be open for breakfast or even coffee. Room coffee pot broken. Desk said they couldn't get anyone to replace it.

They seem to have a disconnect with the online company they had my reservation as not paid (I paid in full upon making the reservation), they had me in TX rather than in CO, and they did not reserve the room I asked for - I got 1 King rather than 2 doubles. They "comped" us an airbed, but when it was delivered they failed to include sheets or a pillow. The airbed was just plopped in the room for us to set up (easy enough though). The room was small, we had to step over the airbed to get anywhere else in the room, but then we were there to ski. The building is old, there are better on property. I wouldn't book Copper Mountain Resort online again, becasue they don't seem to jive well.

We didn't know anything about skiing, so decided to make our first venture an adventure. We have absolutely no regrets. We got recommendations from friends and picked Copper.I made our reservations through the resort directly. The agent was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and pulled together the best offerings for us.They can't claim responsibility for the weather, but it was perfect. In fact, Copper Mtn had the only slopes around that were open. The slopes we were capable of were wonderful. The instructors were phenomenal. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. My kids are 6 & 8. They had skiing and snowboarding lessons for 2 days each. The instructors had small-enough classes and they got the personal attention they needed from instructors that genuinely like both kids and the sport. We grown-ups had the same experience. Different instructors each day gave us different approach and got us quickly skiing. Our only issue was in pulling up our class registration the first morning. Only three of the four of us was found. We paid again for the fourth, and got a refund that evening when there was time to sort it out.We ate resort food. No complaints. The room was comfortable and had enough room for the 4 of us.We used the business center to confirm our return flight. Very helpful. But only one computer although that didn't cause us any problem. Internet in the hotel room was not free. The marketer's question: "would you recommend to a friend?" Absolutely

Location only. Room was very worn out looking. Was not what was expected. Very 60's - 70's looking; some what run down. Very thin walls and window. Could here everything outside. Air quality was poor (very dry and temp stayed too warm). All furniture was old.

The condos are in a great location to the lifts and most of the resort amenities. I did not like the room at all. The walls were so thin that when I heard a sneeze I thought it was my wife and said ""Bless You"", it was instead the next door neighbors. In fact hearing the rooms next to us was a very common theme. They weren't partying or being obnoxious, the walls were just that thin. On top of that, our bed frame was broken, making one side sag and the remote for the TV was missing. I was very displeased with the room overall.

Location; friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms vary a lot depending on what building you're in. Copper Mountain resort is a great place to stay because you can walk directly to the lifts from your room. The quality of the room varies depending on what building you're in so definitely do your research before booking. An additional resort charge applies that is not included in your room rate. This gives you access to the gym and hot tubs and is worth it if you use it.

Location. Room decor. Good condo type accommodations.

This was supposed to be a two bed hotel room. We pulled out the pull out bed to find there was no mattress. We called the front desk - they brought up a single-sized air mattress after an hour, so three out of four had beds.

It had a hot tub. It was loud and uncomfortable. Nothing nice to say it was a horrible experience.

Close to the ski lift. Rooms and bathroom were extremely small. Hotel was fine.

Cleanliness of room/bathroom, lots of hanging space and ski storage space. Paper thin walls. People jumping in hot tub out of hours and making tons of noise! Overall - we really enjoyed our ski trip to Copper Mountain Resort and we stayed in Fox pine Inn at the resort. The hotel walls were way too thin but the cleanliness of the room/bathroom was excellent and lots of clean towels, etc. Bed was OK - kept electrocuting ourselves on the blanket though! We changed the furniture around to get a perfect view of the mountain during our morning wake-up cup of tea. Resort is huge and aesthetically very pleasing with a pretty center village to wander round. Check-in was really welcoming and the customer service of the resort is exceedingly good. Nothing was too much for any member of staff there which really made the vacation. We'd definitely go to Copper Mountain Resort again. Skiing was fantastic with amazing runs and good lifts with absolutely no lines. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

The location was excellent and hotel staff was extremely accommodating. We had to be relocated because our original room was not what I had been guaranteed. The room was somewhat small and shabby. The resort itself is great with a skating rink and bars and restaurants all within a short walk of the hotel and the ski slopes. The area that we were in is somewhat dated and small but the room was clean and served purpose of sleeping a number of us on our ski vacation.

Friendly staff made us very comfortable. Parking far away. Comfortable rooms; very friendly staff and nice restaurant. After you unload though, you have to move your car to far away parking.
