Superbly located. Friendly, less huge and less impersonal than most hotels of this category. We liked the modern design and deco of this old historical hotel.

Staff was very help & friendly - clean.every thing was good. High cost of parking per day. This hotel was at a great location and staff are just great. Young people would enjoy this modern hotel with dance club and bar very much.

Friendly and helpful staff, modern yet historic landmark, small rooms but quaintly appointed, perfect location . Windows are not sound proof, shower water pressure was terrible. Great location, 10 minute walk to Hynes convention center, Copley Square Place is across the street, Shops at Prudential entrance down the street, after Shaw's supermarket (pick up snacks and bottled water there), wonderful staff, restaurant was fine, small boutique hotel, reminds me of Europe.

Great hotel, great location. Wonderful hotel in the area of Boaton. Boutique, great attention to detail. They showed me three rooms to choose from - small to big. I selected the small room. Like the beds, bathroom (separate shower), and the service was great.

Friendly staff, great location and clean. Nothing - great place. This is a great boutique hotel located in a convenient area in the Back Bay of Boston. If you like friendly service and being able to walk the Copley Square Back Bay area then this is the place for you. From the Valet who took my car to the check in and check out teamI felt like they really wanted me to stay here.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and very happy. We liked everything. It was a very nice experience. The hotel is a small boutique hotel full of character. The rooms were clean. We were on the fifth floor and noise wasn't an issue but with a night club connected to the hotel I could see some guests staying on the lower floors possibly taking issue with that. I would recommend this to anyone.

The staff were excellent and knowledgeable. Room was a bit too small. Well located in the hub of the Back Bay area. Great spot for a short business day. The free wireless internet was a pleasant and welcome surprise.

I loved the nightly wine reception, the free Krueg coffee and tea in the lobby. Rooms were a little small. The hotel was great. The location is terrific. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The wine reception nightly was very nice and festive. The free coffee and tea from the Krueg machine was great. The hotel has all the conveniences for a leisure or business traveler, location, restaurant and hip bar. It is also a great location for leisure travelers wanting to be near Fenway, the Boston Commons and Copley Square.
