Terrible Hotel, defential not a Conrad Hotel, the only thing is the staff are lovely. The hotel feels and looks like a Cruise Ship from the inside.

A great place to stay irrespective of whether you are a gambler or not. Well located on the Gold coast close to beaches, shopping centres, nightlife etc. Good service, a nice pool area and good food.

Great room rate for such a nice hotel. The pool area is tasteful and restful. Eating establishments could do with a re-vamp and the quality of the food improved, but on the whole excellent value.

When we checked in a lady named Jackie, and she was fantastic, very freindly & nothing was a problem. When we were in the room the following morning, staff kept knocking on our door to clean & pick up trays, although we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, so that was a little annoying, but, otherwise, the service in the Zen restaurant & at check in was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at Conrad Jupiters immensley.On our arrival we were greeted and wished a Happy 40th Wedding Anniversary,we recieved a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the 17th floor with magnificent view.I would rate this hotel very highly...wonderful King Size bed...staff very friendly...plenty of very good eating places and transport close by.Thanks Jupiters...we even went home with a jackpot from the casino...will definately stay here again.

Excellent clean facilities they have recently upgraded the rooms with new furniture and fittings. An old Favourite close to everything, catch the monorail over to the local shopping centre.

Great weekend, need to check if smoking room as we were booked into one. Reception changed and was lovely about it. Great way to spend anniversary. Can also recommend italian resturant inside complex.

Conrad Jupiters is a great place to stay. It is central to everything and, if you want, you can park your car and walk or catch the monorail to shops, restaurants, beach. The food and restaurants at the hotel have excellent service and food. Well worth the stay at this hotel.

Noise from Bands playing in the Bar can be heard in the rooms above. We were directly above the band on the fifth floor and could hear the music clearly

I found the hotel to be central to all aspects of the Gold Coast. The service and staff was friendly and helpful which is great to see. I thought that Food Fantasy was exceptional. I would say it is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
