The location is fabulous. It is within walking distance of the Indians baseball park, the Lucas Oil Stadium for football, Pan Am Plaza, the Whitewater park, the canal, the State Museum, two movie theaters and the IRT theater. Shopping and restaurants abound near this location. The hotel is immaculant and the staff is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Beautiful lobby, marvelous chandelier, A+. No real moderate place to eat, more upscale as are the prices! Wonderful style place, fabulous rooms large and comfortable, bed best we have slept on at a hotel. Staff very helpful all made it a wonderful stay. It is now our place to stay in Indianapolis hands down and we have stayed at many others down town Indy.

My wife and I stayed here for a night. Pricey (over 300) but first-rate. The service was fabulous, room was great, and the people were courteous. We will definitely stay here again for special times.

Very friendly and helpful staff. For every need you had to contact the hotel staff, even for something as simple as ice.

This was our first experience at The Conrad. Elegance, & grace were in abundance. Beds/linens-to die for! Only glitch- Housekeeping missed us the first morning! Our do not distrub sign was removed during a four hour shopping spree at Nordstroms..and we returned to the same room we left! I am sure this is not the way they do things.We were offered turn down service that night, and we did get fresh towels...but at this level of luxury, I expected my room cleaned when we left. But will stay here again anyway..was quiet and gorgeous!

Great staff, great decor, room was very nice. Nothing to tell. Downtown Indy. Close to everything, shopping, sports and great resturants. Capitol Grill in Hotel was very good. Room service was prompt and good. Staff was very attentative.

My wife & I spent the night at the Conrad for our anniversary. We had never been inside the hotel when i booked it, we had only passed by. We were breathless as we entered our room. Plasma TV's, marble bathroom floors, softest bed anywhere, turn down service was great, this truly was the experience of a lifetime. We took video of the room and showed our friends, they were amazed. The fitness room was second to none. the Pool was amazing. will do it again soon.

Extremely plush rooms did not want to leave. I honestly cannot think of anything. This was a very plush hotel with flat screens in each bathroom and a huge 42" in the living space, easy location and great staff. It was as if I stepped into a different city even though I live here. I will certainly be back for another weekend getaway some time soon! 5 Stars!

Very nice and new roomsand clean. The food from the restaurant and room service was the worst,I have had. They need people that now how to cook and for how long. This hotel is close to resturants (outside of the hotel) so you can eat good food and is close to conference center for business and is very clean.
