Plain awful! The barracks-style accommodation is Spartan and noisy. A place of last resort.Any star rating only applies to the rates charged.

Ideal location for transit traveler, reasonable charge with satisfactory service. Tooth paste given turned hard in texture thus cannot be used. Overall experience exceeds expectation, free shuttle bus from/to airport is an addition merit.

Shame it looks a little like a semi-secure prison unit! Staff were friendly enough, food wasn't exquisite, but perfectly acceptable.

The best that can be said is that it is close to airport. Very basic in all aspects. Also very noisy not from planes but from other guests who are leaving at all hours.

Must be clean, not smoke smile, and convinced. First room full of smoke. The receptionist was not very keen to service customer. The building is nice, but the staff needs more training.

Old outdated, overpriced hotel. Only saving grace was the location given that we had a short time between transfer of flights. Only stayed here because of the travel time to KL city from the airport and the fact that we had an early morning flight to catch. It was okay but overpriced when you think of the luxurious hotel rooms in KL you could get for the same price.

They had free breakfast- massive choices. Pool and free shuttle to airport. Rooms very sterile looking. The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and great a/c. Free shuttle to hotel and back to airport. Great for travelers with a lay over who just want to relax by the pool or sleep, very close to airport. Free breakfast was fantastic!

This hotel is good in terms of location particularly when you overnight in KL due to connecting flights. Pricing is only average and I attribute this to a lack of competition. Facilities are adequate and meet most needs for an overnight stay.

We were told there was a shuttle bus available on the night of arrival for the Domestic terminal but at 5.30am the next morning 26 people in our group found out we had no shuttle to get to this airport. Taxis were called but it was a very hectic ride to the airport. Some staff were unconcerned whether we made it to this airport on time or missed our flight. The hotel was only basic but clean.

The hotel is OK with a decent bar, but transport from the airport is (a) only every half hour; and (b) very, very crowded and uncomfortable. There is a very small bus and it was packed tight both times I used it. Not only uncomfortable but a dangerous fire trap.

Having booked a Deluxe room we were extremely disappointed with the room. The room safe didn't work and the toilet was constantly running and this was not attended to after making reception aware of the problem. The pool area and restaurant were nice as were the staff in both of these places. The reception staff were abrupt and not friendly at all. We chose this hotel for the close proximity to the airport but would certainly not do that again. Once at the hotel you are stuck there unless you wish to pay exorbatant taxi fares to travel somewhere to eat or shop. Absolutely no value for money here whats-so-ever!

Excellent all around. Great location if you're attending Moto GP race. Large, very clean room and bathroom with all necessities. Very attentive staff. Planning on staying here for our future trips to Moto GP.

Guests are seen as an inconvenience here. Some members off staff are very good but the general management attitude leaves a lot to be desired. An Air Asia flight out of the LCC Terminal at 6:30am necessitated transport for the 10 miles from the hotel to the terminal at 4:30am. The only option at that time of day was a 'limousine service' at MYR35 which turned out to be a minivan crammed full of people who had all paid for a 'limousine'. There is no shuttle service to the LCC terminal.

This hotel is very basic - its only saving feature is its proximity to the Kuala Lumpur airport for folk needing a night stay over. Service is almost non existent. The hotel travel desk is a monopoly that charges approximately 90% higher than the airport taxis for a trip into Kuala Lumpur - no other taxis appear to be able to get into the hotel. The bar has been refurbished and is probably the only nice thing to say about the place, although the band is mediocre at best. Check in - check out - expect delays and lack of service. Portage service - forget it - does not seem to exist - many rooms a long way from the reception and there are no luggage trolleys - older folk with non wheeled bags beware. Restaurant - mediocre local. Price is very high for the level of rooms and service. Not impressed - and every time I stay there am less impressed. As I said the only plus is the proximity to the airport.
